Rincon Beach Club — Attraction in Toro Canyon

My husband and I got married at Rincon Beach Club earlier this month and had the most incredible experience. The venue itself is incredibly gorgeous and a great guest experience. The food is delicious and was served hot to all, thanks to the incredible and abundant staff. During planning, Carol was always very responsive, had detailed answers for our questions, and made sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. She provided a list of recommended vendors and helped us pick vendors based on our style and budget. The beach club is also very turnkey in that all of the set up, tear down, rentals, and staff are included in the venue fee which made the planning process so easy from start to finish. On the day of the wedding, all of the vendors (chosen from her recommended list) worked together incredibly well. Everything went off without a hitch with no delays in timing or issues. Our guests commented many times how smooth the buffet dinner line was with Carol releasing tables and multiple lines such that everyone actually ate together. The bar also had many cocktails prepared ahead of time for the cocktail hour such that all guests were served promptly. Booking our wedding at Rincon Beach Club was the BEST decision we ever made!! Our wedding day was better than we imagined. It truly felt magical! We were able to enjoy our special day and feel present with our guests (which is unheard of according to our friends and family), and that's because the staff at RBC are exceptional!

My daughter had her wedding on the beach and reception at the beach club in September 2023. Everything from pre-planning, tasting, and the wedding day went smoothly. Carol, her husband, and the staff were wonderful to work with and we received so many compliments from friends and family. The appetizers, drinks, entrees, ice cream/cookie bar, and late night snack were all delicious!
