My husband and I got married at the Rincon Beach Club on September 29, 2018. We had the beach ceremony and the reception at the club. It was the most incredible, perfect experience, and we are already wishing we could relive it again!

The event space is gorgeous --it was able to easily fit our guest list of 200 people. The cocktail hour space, dinner space, and dancing all flowed together extremely well. It gives off such a wonderfully intimate and romantic feel.

The reason we loved the beach club so much was not only because of the beautiful event space, but because of Carol, the owner of the club. From the first time we met her, we knew that she made the place special. She is so incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were at home, giving us some freshly baked goods that their catering company had just made. She has a ton of experience with hosting weddings, and we have been SO impressed by her breadth of knowledge and how she was so on top of every little wedding detail throughout our wedding planning process. We didn't need a wedding planner because Carol was our wedding coordinator. I felt like a lot of the typical wedding stress was alleviated because we had Carol guiding us though the process.

Carol was incredibly responsive to every email I sent and always had a thoughtful answer to my many silly questions. We worked with Carol for about 14 months leading up to the wedding, and there was never one time that we were frustrated or felt like we were in the dark. Guests after the wedding told me that Carol came up to each table during the dinner to make sure everyone was doing well and that they thought it was such a wonderful touch. That represents how much Carol cares about making the experience a perfect one.

The food at the beach club was immaculate. Multiple guests have commented to us on how it was the best wedding food that they have ever had!! We had the tri-tip, the salmon, the ravioli, salad, and the potatoes, and I'm still dreaming of how good the food was. There was enough food available so that our guests weren't hungry after, which is also a common problem we've encountered at weddings. Carol even had it planned so we were able to eat our cocktail hour food AND our dinner, which is pretty rare for most brides and grooms at their own wedding!

Between the event space, the food, and Carol, this was the most perfect wedding venue. We are so grateful to Carol for making our special day so stress-free, perfect, and fun for us and all of our guests. We would highly recommend the Rincon Beach Club...

The epitome of ‘Professional’! From the start we were amazed with the professionalism, kindness, and humble demeanor of Rincon Catering. We used Rincon for our Wedding/Reception, and couldn’t have been more pleased! From food to furniture, or lighting to clean-up, we used Rincon for all and it was perfection!

Marc was incredible, and after meeting with him, we were sold. He was gracious with his time, flexibility, and not only was quick to align to our vision but also was sensitive to the needs of our venue and family. Being married on a family member’s estate in Santa Barbara (though we live in San Francisco), we wanted to ensure that we were respectful of the the property. From start to finish Rincon was sensitive to the plant life, the structures, and to the property owners themselves. In fact, they loved Rincon so much they are now booking him for their New Year’s party too!

In the end, we were impressed with the adaptability that Marc offered, his gentle candor, and his humility. Coordinating with Rincon remotely couldn’t have gone any smoother, and his demeanor clearly sets the tone for Rincon. We never had any doubts in the trust we had placed in his hands, and Rincon never let us down - they exceeded our expectations in...

When we look back at memories of our July wedding, we'll remember the immaculate professionalism, care, and attention to detail on behalf of the entire Rincon team. We didn't need much convincing to book the Zoo with them after touring the Beach Club and Zoo facilities, and from start to finish the process was made so painless. We truly can't thank Kinsey enough for her positive attitude and constant reassurance; she really made the experience of wedding planning so streamlined, checking in with us at every step and making sure any little thing was exactly how we wanted. We had a multi-cultural and very involved ceremony and Kinsey left no stone unturned for our rehearsal - not a single hitch. All that to say our wedding was magnificent; we are still hearing rave reviews from our guests saying how beautiful the venue turned out. Dinner exceeds any wedding food you've ever had by a marathon, and working with vendors that have also worked with the Rincon team extensively is priceless - everybody knows the drill and will vouch for their expertise. All in all I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else, and working with Kinsey was a dream. We'd do it all over again with them...
