I paid my first visit today to this indoor flea market because I wanted to see what the space was like to possibly become a vendor. Pulling up and parking around 11am I only found 4 other cars in the parking lot. It was a rainy day so thought there would be more of a crowd. As I walked in there was a pleasant lady taking the $1 admission. A positive note, immediately noticed, was it doesn't have the old smell of antiques that can be overpowering. The aisles were crowded with vintage items. As I walked a little further, I encountered a very nice lady that did Tarot readings. We talked for some time. I learned the owner wasn't there and the reason I didn't see many vendors was that most of the area belonged to the owner. I was told if I was interested in space, he would make space for me. But then I noticed the entire back was roped off with yellow tape and appears to be housing stuff not out for sale along with empty boxes, etc. I did notice the place was very untidy. Dirty floors, rugs not laying flat and cords stretched out in walking areas is a disaster waiting to happen. Much of the stuff not priced which, to me, is a big turn off. The other drawback was the heat. It's July and the temps in that building certainly verified that. Hot, hot, hot. A busload of people came while I was there so then lots of people walked the crowded aisles. I heard one woman say she couldn't take the heat anymore and was going back to the bus. I didn't blame her. I saw some interesting stuff and may be back for a visit in the fall along with a Tarot card reading but I won't become a vendor there.

Cramped and questionable flea market. You pay a dollar to get into a huge old bowling ball warehouse (cool) with paint peeling from the ceiling and buckets of water to (sometimes) catch the leaks from the roof. Prices are generally non existent on items, and most of the items should have been throw away long ago. The aisles between “booths” are a joke. You can’t navigate them without knocking something over. Some “booth” areas roped off with used clothing draped over the area. Half of the building is roped off and dark without access (when you first enter) and the right side of the building is also roped off but looks like it may have had some sort of semblance at one time long ago, I say skip. I want my money back.

Admission was $1, but selection wasn’t bad, just okay. Some unique things.

Firstly there’s an admission fee. Owners maybe 3 older people run this place. Seemed like they had a hard time parting with their stuff. I was feeling sad for them. It felt like they have accumulated lots of stuff over the years and have a hoarding problem. Given there was much stuff they price their stuff extremely high , which kinda showed me that they were struggling to part. Most of the stuff was ruined from ceiling paint falling on the items or just moldy. Also the building was delapidated that portions of it was taped off.

My main issue was they have stuff from floor to ceiling and drowning but they were not willing to part with the items and HUGE markup. I was sorry for them, but didn’t also buy anything because of...

They charge $1 to get in. Its not really a flea market, its a junk sale. Wear coats, gloves , hats and long johns. There is no heat until Dec.1 it must have been in the 40's inside. It was warmer outside. Not organized, more like piles of stuff , no real vendor booths. Like a giant messy garage sale. I must say though, prices were fair, and we did get some great finds on our antique road trip from NY. Plan accordingly. Definitely not half as large as they say. They use 1/2 the space up as storage areas . One star would be enough but 3 just because we did find stuff. I was rushing due to the fact is was sooooo cold inside. Very friendly staff. I told them if you put the heat on people would spend more and...
