The Cloud Factory Vape/Smoke — Attraction in Town/Village of East Rochester

I guess my rating will change depending on how the upcoming situation is handled. I went in not knowing a thing about vaping. I was sold some things that aren't necessarily what I may have needed. I am not happy with my purchase. HOWEVER the customer service has been pretty good so far. It may not have been any fault of the salesman, but hopefully I can make some returns and or get things taken care of for good today. UPDATE So...I went back today and explained my situation to Paul and I have to say...IMPECCABLE SERVICE. Had a great conversation with him about everything going on. He was exceptional with his attitude and customer service. Very informative and honest. Really went out of his way to fix ANY issues I had. Really truly appreciate the way he handled...

First Off WOW!! My Experience Here Couldn’t Have Gone ANY Better, from the second I walked in it was such a clean, calm, No Pressure feeling, which is So IMPORTANT! The Sales Associate was KATE, Who was AMAZING, to be honest she was the best part of my experience here! Super calm, intelligent, & didn’t make me feel like she was just trying to sell me something I didn’t really need, she answered ALL my questions, & literally showed me how each of the Vapes were made, used & how heavy the draw would be. I ended up getting a really cool item & was right at my price range! But most of All I left there feeling not just Happy with my purchase but more knowledgeable in general!
