Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town/Village of East Rochester

I will never go to Tim Hortons again in East Rochester. I was seriously insulted by the general manager(Furnanda) there and it was disgusting. Long story short I went through the drive-thru and attempted to use multiple coupons I then realized I was unable to do so, so then I proceeded to tell them that was ok and I would do multiple transactions so I could use multiple coupons. So the woman lets me proceed with my order and I use two coupons at the window I then proceeded to go inside to use my remaining coupon. as I attempt to use the coupon the woman then proceeded to tell me I am not allowed to do so even though the coupon specifies one coupon per transaction. on top of all of this I am holding my five year old son in my arms and she proceeds to tell me why don't you spend the extra dollar and pay full price!? I then informed her that the coupon I was trying to use I was able to do so because it's one coupon per transaction she then says, you know what I'll just give them to you for free because it looks like you can't afford the $2! all while I'm holding my five year old son in my arms,he says to me mommy that was mean. I'm disgusted by the way I was treated and talked down to and that my poor child had to witness such cruelty, I will never come to this establishment again not to mention she also tried to force the customer behind me to use my coupon for me and then proceeded to check him out and refuse me service!!! Whatever happened to courtesy? I drove to the drive-up window and was met with "can I take your order" what happened to, good morning, hello, hi, how can I help you? Then I place my order and at least three times said hash browns. When she gives me the total the hash brown isn't in there. I said "what about the hash browns" "oh yeah". I get to the pick up window, not hello, hi, anything, but I yawn!!! Seriously, wake up. You workers expect to get a minimum 15.00 an hour, and that's the best you can do! Not greeted at speaker. Person taking order was not interested in doing their job today. When asked what I wanted they said just pull up. When I told them I had more to the order they said just pull up. After pulling up person seemed unable to stand up and told me the total for what I had partially ordered. There seemed to be some confusion on how to take a drive thru order today. This isn’t the first time sadly, but it will be my last. Cold product, hot food never up to temp and coffees taste like cleaning product. Save your time and find a different Tim Hortons or just go up the street to Dunkin, you will be treated better.
