After work on Friday night, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 cheese quesadillas, 2 spicy potato soft tacos, 2 large nacho fries, 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito, 2 sides of nacho cheese, and 1 side of guacamole. Even though there were only 5 cars ahead of me, I still ended up waiting 25 minutes. By the time I finally got my order, I was already frustrated and just wanted to leave. I trusted your employee to get my order right, but she seemed more focused on chatting with the line cook about her own meal. As a result, my order was wrong—I received a chicken quesadilla instead of the cheese one I ordered, and I’m a vegetarian. To make matters worse, both of my large nacho fries were missing, though the nacho cheese was included, and my guacamole was also missing. She even asked if I wanted any sauce packets, but despite me saying yes, none were included. While sauce packets are free, this just highlights your staff's incompetence even further. I ended up paying almost $30 for food I couldn’t eat. Since I didn’t want to drive back across town at 11 PM as I was already hungry, I had to go to another Taco Bell near my house. I have my receipt and am requesting a full refund. I’m not sure if I need to waste more of my time and gas and return to your restaurant for my refund.

Read more9:40 AM Wednesday 7/31. Not sure why but this location seems to have its lobby closed consistently. I walked up to the door (normal business hours), pulled on the handle, and the door was locked, so I put my head up to the glass just to see if they were even open and if anybody was inside. As I saw there were employees working, I went up to order in the drive-thru. Maybe I did something wrong here, and I apologize for that, but I struggled a bit in making the order as I was confused about some of the items and the girl at the drive thru was moving at a much faster pace. Meanwhile, as I'm ordering, I could hear some of the workers laughing, including the one actually taking my order. After paying and eating most of my burrito, I realised that they had messed the order up and it did not match the receipt. I drove back to the drive thru, I don't want to accuse them of lying, but they immediately claimed to suddenly be closed for maintenance. Like. What changed in that ten minutes?
