Honestly for a pizza place it really didn't live up to the hype I had been hearing. I think the only thing luring people in is the Ferrari in the windows. Pizza and wings were decent at best. Arancini fell flat. The pizza had a satisfying char on the crust, and flavor was decent but overall didn't really do well being held and got pretty messy. It was definitely on the pricier side and I could go to at least two other places to get a bigger bang for my buck.(ie. Firecrust in Henrietta, unlimited toppings no extra cost and same size pizza). The wings were fine but didn't come out at the same time as the pizza (we asked once about the wings after we had finished the pizza and two drinks in the mean time) and when the waitress finally brought them out she told us, "just so you know wings always take 35 minutes"...um what? I'm curious in what pizza/wing establishment does it take more than 15 minutes to even fry up chicken wings? I can only assume perhaps they were waiting on the fryer to heat up first. And the arancini....ugh. so disappointing. You might as well have had me drink a bottle of olive oil. It was super bland and oily. Even the skimpy sauce on the side couldn't save it. I wanted to like this place but was left disappointed and feeling ripped off. If you're looking for gimmicky, overpriced pizza while staring at a ferrari you've come to the...
Read moreOne of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had, ranking in the top five. On June 3rd it was a last minute change of plans for us and I always wanted to try Ferrari’s. There was a 15 minute wait before we were seated, which is not too bad for a Saturday night. We ordered two pizzas “the Bonacci and the Stevie O”. Forty minute after we placed the order the waitress comes over and tells us that it would take a little longer to get our food because they had an order of 15 that they were working on. It took almost an hour and a half to finally get our food, it it finally arrived I asked if they had to fly it in from Italy and asked to talk to the manager. I told the manager that I was disappointed in the service, that they should have let us know of the backlog and allow us to make the decision to go elsewhere. Carissa was apologetic and took off the price of one of the pizzas and also told us that dessert was on the house, at that point we were so tired and frustrated that we were not in the mood for dessert. All in all, the pizza was ok, I have had better and I have had worst, the atmosphere was ok, if you want to see a Ferrari they have one on display, as for the service it definitely needs work. I was looking forward to this experience and was extremely...
Read moreThis place is awesome! I went to dinner last night with my family. My husband had the pasta which the sauce is amazing! My kids and I shared a pizza. This is the best pizza I have had in a while, we all agreed that we weren't going to go to the local pizza anymore. The pizza wasn't soggy and had a great soft crunch to it, you could tell it was freshly made. The wings portion is a huge amount that we were told is a half a pound of fresh chicken wings. The portions to everything were huge, no one left hungry.
There was a table near us that kept complaining, to the point it was obvious they just wanted free food. Even the manager tried to make them happy and they weren't. The manager stopped by our table to see how everything was, which we thought was a great gesture.
The place is really poppin which is great on a holiday. Wait time wasn't bad at all. Our server Alyssa, was great, suggesting things we may like and explaining everything. She was very understanding with our kids too.
The best part is the rotating Ferrari inside the restaurant! There's firepits and tables outside and a huge party room too. Everything is clean and bright. This is a really great addition to East Rochester. I will definitely be going back and bringing my...
