Stay away!!!!!! Stay far away!!!!

I bought a bedroom furniture set 5 months ago and was promised delivery within 2-4 weeks. We received the bed, one side table, and damaged dresser which is missing the mirror. We're still waiting on the chest, side table and dresser mirror. The dresser they delivered had a nicked drawer which we were told would be swapped out when remaining furniture arrived at the store. It has been more than 5 months now and we are still waiting.

Every time we've called we've received a new delivery date until eventually they stopped taking any of our calls. Also, every time we were told we'd receive a call back, they never called.

Be wary, this store is run by a single store employee/salesmen/manager which I suspect might be the actual owner. He does a good job deflecting and pushing off responsibility to Ashley's Furniture, economy, gas prices, trucking workforce shortages, his allergies flaring up, etc., which is understandable but what's scary is they will do anything to avoid honoring customer returns and refund.

I recently stopped in to ask for a return and refund but was told I'd have to wait for owner who was expected in that day but never arrived. When I left I was told I'd get a call back as soon as owner came in but never received that phone call either.

The building is run-down and though options are limited, they do have disarmingly good quality furniture but do not let this fool you. Save yourself the piece of mind by going to a big corporate box store which honors customer returns.

2 years ago I bought a recliner from them and knew that the next time I needed furniture I would return. Mike is very knowledgeable, not overbearing and patient! I started looking for either a couch or love seat about 6 months ago. I was looking for a blue that would match my decor. Once I saw the exact color I wanted, I had to measure the room to see which piece would fit better. I returned at least 4 times and each time, Mike was very patient with my indecision. He gave me the exact measurements of the furniture and told me how to measure the area accurately. Even though there was a floor model he also showed me the very large screen manufacturer's photos. Since colors appear different to me in a showroom light, Mike offered to lend me the one blue swatch he had. For all he knew, I could have kept it and went somewhere else. Delivery is free and the two men that brought my love seat were on time, fast and took all the wrapping the furniture was protected in. My Girlfriend and I were looking to pick up a bigger sized mattress/bed, and we pretty much hit up every furniture store on Middle Country Road. The one that stuck out, and we ended up purchasing from was Atlantis. Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable and worked with our budget. We ended up getting a mattress for Half of what Sleepy's wanted for their crappy model. And unlike sleepy's, there was no intense crazy 'SELL SELL SELL' vibe. We will def. be buying more furniture from Atlantis...
