La Bistro Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

we will no longer eat here-We have been getting food from here for over 5 years now -I have had a few nights where the food was off and i called and you know places have bad nights so we let it go. Mostly we get our food delivered so i know that i am going to wait the better part of 45 min. No big deal-this is the 3rd time now of being very disappointed-never again- we ordered a baked ziti pie from here we all dug right in-- it was terrible, we called and i asked if maybe they had someone different in the kitchen cause it was just not the same it was bland and tasteless with no flavor--they assured me nothing had changed--ok-- next time ordering- i ordered over the phone told them everything we needed,, dont care if we have to pay extra its what we want -food comes the things we asked for were not there and our pasta was wrong and the chicken was very chewy not sure why- we called and i asked again nope all the same nothings changed i told them i was unhappy and they apologized- now to my last time was yesterday- monday afternoon at 12:30 i place a delivery online didnt speak to anyone, i cant talk on the phone we are very ill--give all directions tell them to just leave food at the door-NO Contact- ask for pasta with our food and salad with dressing--No Big Deal-ok i know i have to wait cause of where i am in the delivery zone but its monday afternoon-- an hour goes by so i call.. now i can barley speak on the phone-- i am polite i ask about our food-- they tell me they were so busy that he was just getting ready to leave when i called- food comes another hour later- i see man walk up to door and he is standing there with the food i can see him thru the window so now again i have to try and muster up as much of a voice as i can and tell him to please just leave the food--i pre paid and tipped prior --no reason for him to be out there we Have Covid we can barley move or talk and this is the first solid food we were going to have in 2 weeks--i wait till he leaves and bring the food in-- and there is no pasta--ok maybe there was an issue with the online order-- except i have a screen shot and it is all there --please use francese sauce on pasta -pasta selection made along with salad and type of dressing PLease leave food at door NO CONTACT--Look when your sick everything is terrible but when i had to wait 2 hours and then not even get what was ordered and have to tell them to leave the food--i cant help you--i can barley help myself right now this was just very terrible experience that i cant...

I would like to let anybody who reads this how great La Bistro in Coram is. It is amazing the fried calzone is out of this world made to your order. Not many people know about fried calzone. Most calzone bought at pizza places is baked.The pizza is truly heaven. The owner has a heart of gold and he would accommodate to your preferences. There is not one thing I've eaten there that wasn't amazingly delicious. I still have more to explore on the menu. I'm sure I will love it. I've eaten in many places and this place is my #1 spot. Also The Bistro in Bayport is also a great spot. I tried a couple of slices of specialty slices and an Entree which also was awesome. I really don't write reviews for any place . I don’t even know where to start!!!!!!!!! I NEVER cheat on Bella Roma but my friend begged me to come here! And all I can say is wow I’m so picky with my pizza and this is the BEST pizza I have ever had and I been all over Long Island for pizza!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t even post a picture because I ate it so fast !!!! I’m so inlove and I found my new pizza spot I can’t believe I will not be returning to Bella Roma anymore!! The customer service was also out of this world!!!!!!!
