I bought a home a little over a year ago, and the in-ground pool at our new home was built by Tarson pools, so I sought out their service. In the beginning they were very helpful and communicated with me appropriately - however this summer was quite different! Earlier in the summer my saltwater chlorinator stopped working after a fairly powerful electrical storm. At some point they came over and replaced the chlorinator and I found an $800+ charge from them on my credit card. I called and left a message trying to confirm if the charge was for the chlorinator, and how I might prevent this sort of thing from happening again - I never heard back from them about the chlorinator. Two weeks ago I called them and left a message asking if we could schedule my closing for the last week of September or the first week of October. I never heard back from them, but I came home on Saturday, 9/11, with my children ready to swim, and we found the pool closed with all the parts left in the yard outside my shed. Read morePretty horrendous customer service. We had a pool heater installed and some of the wiring came out a few months later. We called to have them come fix it, it took six weeks, and then they decided they couldn’t fix and left without a word or call. When we called to see if they were coming back, the woman in service was just unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. There is no need to be that rude to customers. We would have been satisfied with a call and an explanation that this repair was out of their ability. Instead, they left the job without an explanation and then yelled at us when we followed up. I went into the store to check status the girl at the service area was beyond rude. They finally come out to put second liner in then had to have come out again to fix it. I have had to fill this pool three times I’m taking the water bill off my bill a job that should of been three weeks the order of liner then install took 2 months. No compensation but oh sorry.
