Today I took my kids here. I remember going as a kid and as a young teenager and wanted to share the experience with my kids. While waiting in line to pay to start I witnessed the lady working be rude to another customer. She yelled at them and rolled her eyes. She yelled at them for a small mistake placing the putter while leaving in the wrong location. While at the first hole she was yelling again in a nasty tone. We walked up at the end to get some drinks and she had yelled at a kid for standing near the hill. Apparently you are not allowed to stand on a hill. Or sit in the grass( off of the courses and peoples way) I once again saw her yell and roll her eyes. She was miserable and nasty and didn’t use a single manor. She was so unkind. Something I didn’t appreciate my kids seeing. She was rude to me while purchasing drinks. The course was fun and pretty but with that kind of customer service I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. I would recommend they hire someone else before they lose a lot...

I've been to every mini golf course in the entire Syracuse area and this one is definitely my favorite. A mix of standard holes and traditional obstacles in a really well done and progressive way. The entire area is really nice and the holes are of great quality. If you can hit the ball straight you'll easily end up with a few hole-in-ones. They provide different prices for playing more than one round which works out nicely for people who want to play a few times. There are actually 19 holes which allows for a full 18 with the added bonus (many courses make the 18th the bonus which feels unsatisfying) Fairmount does it right! The only thing to watch out for are the steps coming down from the parking lot, they are way uneven and not level at all, but that is tradition and half the fun of...

I have never been to this place before. Upon arriving it seemed like a nice place. After starting our holes we had a friend arrive a few minutes after we did and when she joined us the staff became very snotty and rude. She assumed because we were of different nationalities that they skipping others. Well there were no others behind us. When we told the girl we were all together she said “well you didn’t tell us”. Sorry didn’t know we had to. She continued to watch just our group thru the while 18 holes. Very very rude and racist staff there. She yelled at my 12 yr old son. “ excuse me stay off the hill”. Very rude voice. Not professional at all there. I will never go there again. We spent $80 to be treated so...

Beautiful spot hidden behind a busy area. A true Gem of the area. You can tell the owners care about the place and do what they can to provide a clean, quality mini golf experience. I wish they were all like this. Side note: The fresh squeezed lemonade is massive and delicious! Prices: I don't remember what we spent, but it wasn't even an after thought based on the overall quality! Cons: I ordered the Lemonade and felt bad because there was only one guy working and it caused a line/backup. The challeneges/struggles of costly employment these days, I guess? Thank you!

Fairmount mini golf is such a fun time, it's been years since I've been here and yesterday was the perfect day for it. I love playing but I'm not usually very good at it. Way above par the only boast I can make is that I played all the way through. The grounds are very nice with plenty of well groomed floral gardens and complimentary landscape arrangements. Friends in the area have told me that this course has been open for many years, it's nice to know we can share in the memories made here. I'll work on my golf game before I return again haha

A cute and slightly unusual location for mini golf, has a nice charm. It does become an issue when more than 2-3 groups are golfing at once however, and gets crowded easily. The staff didn’t seem to care much for the people coming and going, and were very quiet and hard to hear behind the desk. The holes themselves were quite fun and entertainingly creative, but felt like you had to rush and finish up due to groups behind waiting to play.
