AT&T Store — Attraction in Town of Catskill

I went to change my phone number and phone when I left my ex husband, who had an order of protection against him regarding domestic violence issues. It came up while purchasing a new phone that he was accessing the cloud on my device. I have the photo. At some point a young black employee there asked me to have sex with him for 8000$. I turned down his offer. And went about my business. He couldn't have been more than 18 years old. That young man claimed he was moving to England. At some point someone labeled me a prostitute after that. I will be contacting an attorney regarding the young man and the sexual harassment. And I will be asking them for an order of protection regarding any harassers including the woman at the Colonial if it.continues. That young man appeared to be getting out of Shoniques car. I want to put no stars but it won’t let me!! Absolutely Horrible service! Horrible employee and management today 12/28/23!! Went there today with my nine year old and I’m pretty sure Emanuel was his name and he refused to want to work at all or help me. Right off the bat he seemed unwilling, then when I asked him to do his job- he then said I had an attitude and even called the police for no reason with my 9 year old present making her cry and bawl her eyes out. Completely unacceptable and I got no help! I bought this brand new phone for Christmas and all he had to do was replace the brand new Sim card because the brand new one that came with the phone didn’t work. The rep on the phone told me to bring it to this store and this man acted clueless and plain out refused to call ATT and help me with our brand new phone. I went to Catskill to upgrade my phone. I walked in as the only customer and was met by a lady (I never did get her name), and a man that was on the phone. He seemed to know what he was doing as she had to call him for help after he left. Although she was obviously trying her hardest to help me, she said multiple times she didn't know what she was doing and was obviously stressed out over the fact. I only partially blame her though - a store should not have the only employee on duty seeming to be in training. Against the lady though, the whole time I was there she had an airpod in and was connected to (boyfriend?) Who came in at one point to get a cigarette from her.
