Bought a puffco plus a week ago. It was broken straight out of the box. The pen worked great but the charger literally fell apart on the first use. When I spoke to the shop I was first accused of misusing the charger, twice. Then I was told that there is nothing they can do for me. I will contacting puffco directly and hope they can help. What gets me is that this shop still gets my money. All they did is take my money and give me a defective product. Seems like they get it all and I get nothing. Would never return and will spread word of mouth.

And I never accused any employee of acting disrespectful. The kid that helped me was actually quite nice and attentive. And he did check that the pen itself was in good working order. However he did not check the charger.
