Clute Memorial Park — Attraction in Town of Dix

I wish I was able to review the Swayze Snack Shack separately but I guess since I can't I have to give this a 3 star only because of the experience with the food. We went for the fireworks and they were ok not best I have seen in past years. But the shake the line was long which is fine I ordered a sausage with peppers and onions which they were still very crunchy not much cooking to them. I ordered cheese fries which were better. I did order a soft Pretzel but by the time my food got out to me they had no more so they returned my money for that. My brother and I ordered and waited over an hour to get our food. They just need a little more help in there so they aren't overwhelmed a lot of people who ordered before us and after us got upset and wanted their money back. So not the best service but for only having so little help they did what they could. I hope things work out better and I would give them another chance maybe on a slower night and see how that goes. Clute Park is at the southern tip of Seneca Lake. It offers summer swimming with life guards, playground areas, restrooms, and a skateboard park. Under construction. Public bath house have been demolished. Concession stand closed. Some porta potties, can't say how clean they are we'd rather hold it.
