BounceU Elmsford Kids Birthdays and More — Attraction in Town of Greenburgh

It was a great place to have my son's 3rd birthday. We did the early bird special at 9:30 in the morning so instead of pizza they served Bagels, cream cheese and jelly with juice and water. I also paid extra for a very large fruit platter, bagels and coffee-Completely worth the money in my opinion. When we got there, 15 minutes early like requested, I checked in, signed the waiver for my son and was immediately greeted by my party host. He took all of my decorations and party favors and said everything would be set up in the party room. All we had to do was have fun. They have an arcade area right up front so as the kids are showing up for the party they have something to do. Great idea and the kids loved it. Once everyone showed up there was a short safety video and then we were off to have some fun. We spent half of the time in one room and then the other half in another huge room filled with more great inflatables. After that we went to the party room where everything was set up perfectly! I couldn't have been happier. They supplied the ice cream cake with my son's picture that I emailed a week before, had music playing and a TV with snapshots from the party fun just a few minutes earlier. What a nice surprise. I purchased Bagels, a fruit platter and rented their Keurig with unlimited k cups for the adults. Not necessary but I'm glad that I had something because it was time for us to have a treat as well. We’ve hosted birthday parties here and attended 5 parties here over the years. Today we held my daughter’s birthday party and it was a very disappointing and Stressful experience.

First, the door was not open until 9:16am for a 9:30am party. We sat in the car for 15 mins and stared panicking and calling places nearby, fearing our guests would have no place to go.

We had to rush to set up and couldn’t be with guests until 9:40am. I was told the staff would tape the balloons we had to the wall and they promised they will come in to grab me to decorate the icecream cake I ordered. 5 mins before the kids were supposed to enter the party room, no one had come to get me so I decided to check the party room and NOTHING was ready. I finished the decorations myself and asked for where the cake was and the staff told me she couldn’t find it. Finally the confusion was cleared and as I was rushing to decorate the cake the light was turned off and I was told the kids were coming in. I had to tell them to please wait for 5 mins as the room was not ready.

While kids were having pizza, the staff was not helping to serve kids juices nor fruits and we had to step in to help and remind them. There were also kids had no seats to sit, staff didn’t even notice and I had to set up the kids at a separate table.

This was 2nd party here and the whole experience was very very stressful for the parents. Would NOT be back

This is not a $950 experience that you would Expect. The service has gone downhill...

When we arrived at bounce you the inflatables for bounce were not inflated. They were filling up as the kids enter. The young man in the photo with the basketball never informed parents that they couldn’t bounce with their kids. Nor was the guy doing his job and supervising the kids. He was playing mini all stars basketball. Also there were kids with no socks nor did he care. . He was to busy bouncing the basketball. Bounce U, used to be fun once upon a time. Now it looks run down and small. Parents are no longer allowed to jump. There are two recycliner chairs in the middle off the floor and a small bench where parents can’t even see there kids. The workers look so thrilled to work here. There was an annoying beeping sound from from one of the inflatables not filling up right. The Party Pro said it was normal. Then 22 minutes into the play he left into the next room left all kids unsupervised since parents can’t get on. Yeah. Not a good place anymore. Another worker comes in sits down and starts texting ion her phone. There has to be twenty kids in. One parent left due to the beeping her son could not handle the high pitch beeping sad she paid fifteen dollars for her son to...
