Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

First, want to note this is a combo "Taco Bell/KFC" location, my review is strictly for Taco Bell, KFC is not my thing.

I will say the long overdue renovation of this location is nice, but I am not sure it will weather well as its already starting to get tired. Not sure why a brand new table is rocking back and forth on a new floor, but anyways.

As to the food, the quality is fine/typical, but it should be noted the prices for Taco Bell are VERY high, with no value items. Further, this location does not allow for any use of the Taco Bell app and its promotions, so you cannot preorder or benefit from app bonuses. (As it seems the site is primarily a KFC location, it does support app ordering?? The location does not even APPEAR as a Taco Bell location on the Taco Bell site)

There are also no ordering kiosks, only register ordering which can be slow and difficult to make out what you want, as the menus are adjacent with the KFC menu and very small. I don't think I'll patronize this location much, as I think a new location is coming soon to Route 9 in Ossining, but still, its a shame its this odd location with odd deals, or I would go more, but I guess its...

Of all the Taco Bells near me, this is the go-to for me. It may not be open as late as the one in Yonkers, but the serving sizes are usually bigger and the price is a little cheaper (ok, the TAX is cheaper). The staff can sometimes be hit or miss, but when it is a hit, it is usually a big hit. Never have a problem with eating inside and the parking lot it is in is massive if you want to just sit in your car to eat your food. What sets this Taco Bell apart from the others is that if they mess up your drive-thru order, or are delayed on making one piece of your order will, unlike every other fast food restaurant in the area, walk the remainder of your order out to your car for you while you wait, instead of having to go in and wait for them. It's the extra little things like this, and their very kind and friendly guy who works the drive thru at night, which make me love this Taco Bell over all...

This place is absolutely disgusting. Despite the place being very slow, and more they adequately staffed, every and I do mean.envy table was dirty.... Ok, so maybe they were concentrating on the food..... Nope, the waited 13 min for ny order to come out wrong. (Just like the customer veggie me). Staff just standing around, well, except the one that was singing.... The bathrooms look like a crime scene. They are falling apart and look like they haven't been cleaned in months! The manager (Bianca) looked completely overwhelmed and clueless. How else can you explain that all but one of her entire kitchen staff wasn't wearing gloves.... This is by far the worst place I've ever seen, and I'm in the business. If I ran my place like this I'd be out of a job. The fact that there are many other reviews similar to mine, and corporate hasn't stepped in is a testimony as to how little they care. Avoid!...
