This place don’t even deserve the star I had to give like this place is dirty and nasty the employees are poorly trained I had a a lot of encounters with some of the employees there and some of my visits was great and some of them was just so horrible. My first great encounter was a Friday night after a movie a young lady think she was the manger because she had on a red shirt with a black vest think her name was Blanca she was great and very helpful and was so happy to help me and and was very suggestive so I said I will rent I go back on a lunch break and on day the worse experience ever the cashier was very rude and the manger that was working he was very rude and smelled like marijuana this place needs to be closed and just knocked Down because this place is horrible feel back for some of the workers that...

This place is just plain nasty. The workers could not seem less interested in providing any level of customer service. I asked if the 2 for 3 special was still being honored and the cashier told me "uh I don't know so just order them and it'll tell you the cost". I asked if there was an option to just get the sandwich without the drink (I hate Pepsi) and he told me, with an attitude, "the menu is over there". Thanks, pal. Very helpful. I didn't notice that 10 foot menu board behind you. Forgive me for asking a question. I'll be sure to not bother you again with my patronage.
