I was just traveling towards hartsdale and I took a wrong turn. I came across this place and I said let me go get some fresh fruits. I'm glad I stopped in omg the first thing that greeted me was the blueberry pie, I never heard of blueberry bread before but I got one and it was absolutely wonderful. I had to control myself otherwise I would have eaten the whole entire thing. Fresh green kale, broccoli, spinach, beet leaves, broccoli rabi corn peaches apples you name it carrots it was all there so brightly colored so fresh oh my goodness absolutely wonderful. Customer service was friendly and parking was ample. If I had a green thumb I probably would have purchased some flowers some plants but I don't but it didn't stop me from looking as they would just so beautifully colored and just wonderful I can't say nothing bad about this place at all from customer service to the fruits to the vegetables to the flowers to the brushes absolutely wonderful. The only reason five star is not given is because the prices when it comes to the beefsteak tomatoes I couldn't believe I was paying so much. When it came to the raspberries and blackberries It was just too much. I was saddened that I couldn't purchase like six packs because it would have cost me 24 bucks. So I had to scale back because I know where I'm from I can purchase approximately 6 packs of raspberries for less. However the prices on other items such as the mangoes was great the price for the blueberry bread was absolutely wonderful as well as the whole air corn. Also if I gave you five stars it means that you have no reason to improve. And that's just not the case there's always room for improvement. Let's just start with lowering the price of the raspberries if that's possible. Thank you for being in the neighborhood thank you for providing fresh fruits and vegetables and a...

I went for the first and last time on Friday morning, 12/3/21, specifically for fruits and vegetables. The selection was small and the prices were big. What I did purchase was not even up to grocery store produce quality. In fact, much of it looked past its best so it wasn't even as good as grocery store produce. It just cost more.
I was given misinformation about methods of payment, either when I inquired (before going) or when I was checking out and paying at the register. The cashier was not helpful or even friendly - she seemed put out that she had to ring up the purchase. Like the fruits & vegetables, she was not having a good day.
This was a very disappointing trip to a small market that sold expensive, barely mediocre produce, and that's being kind. I won't be returning for weekly produce.
Follow Up - 12/5/21, just 2 days later: As I went through things to cook for the week - I had to throw out a pepper that started to rot. The apples are dry, the artichokes are tough and have started to become thistle 1/3 of the way into the choke, the garlic has rot in it, and the escarole browned up. Much of what I bought ended up in the trash. So, in addition to being a disappointment, it was also an even bigger waste of money than I originally thought. I'm not just disappointed, I'm outraged by the absolute disgrace. Shame on this store! I feel like...
Read moreI had the misfortune of driving up to your business all the way from New York City and you did not have begonias. I received an e mail saying you did but they were not there for sale when I arrived at your place of business.. The gentleman I spoke with at the cash register told me “next week” and he could hardly understand me as he had a problem with the English language. I took a trip all the way from New York City up to your business to buy the begonias I thought you should have had and although it might be early in the Season for them, I still did not get a reply to my telephone calls. You have a message there but no one returns the calls. This is “awful”. Your customers need to know what you have available for sale. This is good business to keep them informed if they request a call.
Furthermore, the man who hardly understood English, much less talk it, that I spoke to yesterday saying he was “sorry (?)” which was a standard reply for him, sounded very insincere and just wish I would get away from him. I felt like walking out with plants and flowers and just forcing him to make a call to the police since you do not respond to customers who call you up and ask that...
