Its a nice beach for family, relatively clean. We went at the end of the season on labor day and by the end of the day we got to see a shark so be aware of shark sightings when swimming. The shark was pretty close to shore but I think this warning goes towards most beaches. ⛱️

The mushroom park and lido beach combined was really nice and very clean. The recreational facilities are up to standard. I had a really nice time here.

Awesome beach, been going to Lido for about 5 years now. This year, $10 per car for residents/$50 per car for non residents.

I really love it.it’s my first time being here, its so peaceful, quiet and clean. The water is so clean that I could play inside the water not like Coney Island beach that water is so dirty and nasty. I would totally put 5 stars but they need the clean the toilets even tho the bathroom is clean their need to clean it cause yesterday I saw a lot of number twos and etc and that’s nasty. And also no toilet paper in each bathroom either. but overall I love the beach. And also they need to lower the price too,$50 is to much for...

The price has been raised to $50 per car for non-residents now. I am a resident of Hempstead so it's still only $10. The beach is a long walk from the parking lot. Overall it's fairly clean and less crowded than Jones or Long Beach. It will probably be even less crowded now that they raised the price for non-residents. There are plenty of facilities here for things to do, basketball and bocce ball, there's a spray pool that's great for toddlers with an attentive...

Great beach! It's a very long walk from the parking lot to the water but well worth it. Be advised there are 2 bathrooms.. the bathroom on your left is extremely disgusting. The smell of pee is overwhelming.. I don't know why they don't just close it. But the beach was fabulous. Not crowded at all when we went but we...
