Great program - I wish some more description of the workouts (i.e. Which body parts will be targeted) would be posted online for each class, so that I could better plan which days I need to attend. Currently I have no clue what body parts will be focused on before walking in and in turn have had a bunch of upper body days and not enough leg day, so it can get a little imbalanced. Unless you count the treadmill as leg exercise, but it's just not the same as doing leg exercises with weights or squat movements. BUT, that said I still really like this program and am seeing results when paired with eating healthier vegetarian/vegan meals high in protein and sufficient calories to satiate me. Eating a high protein small meal BEFORE the workout is key, as I did not eat enough the first few times I did this (a year back) and felt DEAD / couldn't do the exercises properly. Restarted this year and seeing the difference much more now. Worth it if you got the money. Oh also it is a lot of cardio which I'm also not sure how I feel about this since less cardio and more/heavier weights is actually better for people who want to improve their body composition and not simply lose weight. Read moreI have been a loyal OTC East meadow member on and off for about 3 years. Today there was a Memorial Day parade held so I was unable to get to the studio and did not have reception to cancel the class. The manager Brianna Ventola was extremely rude and assured me it was 20 min after the class had started and I should have called before therefore I cannot be excused and will loose the class. I have had issues before with making it to class and every other staff at this location was able to excuse me and gave me either the fee or class back. As a manager Briana stood her ground and was not willing to help me instead told me others were able to call and cancel because of the parade so I should have been to as well. I will be canceling my membership which I also told Briana and she happily sent me the form to cancel. I would not recommend...
