Nailly Nail & SPA — Attraction in Town of Huntington

My 1st time here. Nailly nail and spa did amazing from start to finish. The place is clean. The reception we got was very welcoming and warm. They have a decent size fish pond in the center of the shop. Perhaps the most relaxing visuals I’ve ever gotten from a nail spa. My husband and I came in as walk-ins, simply for a pedi. We came at a good time bc there was no wait! My nail tech Cici was superb. She’s patient and knows what she’s doing. My leg massage had the right amount of pressure. Just right for me. While getting our pedi, we were offered snacks and water. While getting our polish dried in the dryer station, we got complimentary should massages. They’re big on up sales - for some people this may leave a bad taste but for us it was a way for them to make us aware of what they offered. We can accept or decline. We accepted their 10 minute should and back massage, which was an additional $12. I needed that. I was due for massage and CiCi, yet again, delivered. They’ve been open for 3 months and they’ve figured it out. I don’t know about everyone else, but self care is the best care and I’m here for it! They also have full body massage available. I complained about the way the lady was doing my nails cause it was all clumped up and bumpy& felt like it was coming off already so I asked the owner if someone else can finish the nails cause it wasn’t coming out good and instead the lady gets an attitude with me and tells me she’s going to take all the nails off and that I can leave and go somewhere else instead of just having someone else fix what the other lady messed up. I been here for two hours with my 8 year old daughter at that. She’s been restless the entire time ! & instead of having someone else fix what the other lady did the owner waistes my time and tells me she’s just gonna take them off & to go somewhere else!! After I just sat here for two hours just to get them on cause the lady didn’t know what she was doing. Before it even got this far I told the lady 5 times I don’t feel comfortable allowing her to continue because of the way it looked but she didn’t listen to me and was persistent about finishing what she started! Worst experience! The entire time she did my nails I was in so much pain!! I was even bleeding when she first started! I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!! $90 nails was not...

FINALLY a salon that actual massages like they want to give you report during a pedicure and cares to actually massage your foot, even the ankle!!!!?? Every other places does the lazy up and down motion with their knuckles on the bottom of your foot that's sheer torture, this place uses BOTH hands while massaging the whole time. Like they care if you enjoy it, or they think about how they would want someone to massage their feet Either way, I am so thankful I got a full body massage too, my body's shot and in spasm from going non stop packing and arthritis flaring up. This masseuse really knew pressure points, she actually knew the body, she was gentle when she can feel the body tense but was able to work out the muscle spasms that needed release Places advertise "reflexology" and know absolutely nothing. What a pleasant surprise for a salon to actually do what they offer and charge you for.
