A&S Fine Foods — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I always can depend on Frank at A & S Pork Store, Jericho Tpke, Dix Hills, NY to prepare wonderful food in a flash when I am having unexpected company. I just call him and before I can get in my car and get up there, he has a gorgeous tray of mozzarella and tomatoes and basil made for me at the most reasonable price. I also love the tray of mixed grilled vegetables that he suggested and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD! The tray looked so awesome and I was so proud to serve it. Two loaves of semolina bread and a peperoni and sweet sausage sliced and we were all in heaven! I am still thinking about the taste of that food and the smiles on everyone's faces while they were eating it. We are so fortunate to have such an excellent quality store in our neighborhood. Not everyone has a store like A & S Pork Store to rely on. The food is made fresh for you and they take no time to whip it...

When I moved to Huntington Station, I needed to find a nice sandwich shop. Tried a few delis but then came across A&S. This is now my favorite take out joint. The sandwiches are phenomenal and so fresh tasting. Their roasted turkey and Swiss is a great example. Homemade. Real turkey, not turkey roll. Not salty but flavorful. With a nice dollop of mayo. Every order has been delicious. And when you go in there you see all this food! Different salads. Lasagna. Meatballs. Eggplant parm, mmm. Stromboli, yum. Even the broccoli will have you wanting a taste. There’s so many options. Even for vegetarians there is wonderful options. And they will make pretty much anything you want. Love this place and every guy who works there takes pride in the service! Sandwiches packed and are delicious. Try the alpino it’s salami and Prosuitto in one slice😲😍🤤Fair priced most rolls are $9.00 cannot beat that when others price gouge they stayed loyal and fair to the customers. A & S is a Huntington staple. The meats are fresh try their chicken burgers the spinach ones are pretty thick and amazing so delicious also the hot foods that are made to take home are great quality. They carry a lot of specialties I cannot find anywhere else. Also they carry Manhattan special reg & diet soda it’s Italian espresso soda..if you haven’t tried one.. Please do, it’s a borough thing!
