Excellent experience with Mountain Flame. We received clear, helpful explanations from Jake about the variety of fireplace inserts available and the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we chose a large Lopi insert. Jake was very upfront about the time frame for installation, because they were very backed up. However, they called us a few weeks later and said they had an unexpected opening, and we had the insert installed before Christmas. We are so happy with it. Living room is now toasty warm.
