The Inn Between Diner — Restaurant in Town of Middletown

Our second night in the area we ate here. We didn't have a reservation and were seated quickly on a Saturday evening.

I had the venison burger it was a a huge portion that I could not finish. It was absolutely delicious and a wonderful treat for me. The burger was served with two crispy potato pancakes. A small portion of apple sauce and sour cream came with it. The apple sauce was wonderful.

My sister had the inn between burger and opted for the potato pancakes. They were a bit crispier than we would have liked but quite tasty.

Our mutual friend had the blacken chicken croissant with I believe waffle fries.

This place is not your everyday bar-restaurant. The food here is consistently very well made and presented wonderfully. They alter the menu weekly to bring a variety of menu choices. This is not a diner. This place offers dishes that you would find in high end restaurants and prepared just as well. This is a hidden gem in Delaware County. It is absolutely worth a visit if you are are anyway near the vicinity or not. And no I am not an owner or a local. It's hard to beat the InnBetween for a consistently good meal and overall experience. Tina and the rest of the team work hard and their obvious effort and caring in what they are doing are much appreciated. The menu is extensive for our small town. Steaks are delicious and the other seasonal dishes are varied and darn good. We're always glad for the cocktails and wine! Prices are very fair and portions generous.
