There are so many waterfalls in this area. You don’t know where to begin. We went on a day where there wasn’t a heavy rain in September. The weather was perfect as it wasn’t too hot and there wasn’t a ton of people around. We also hit Watkins Glen State Park. Not crowded the day...

Portal Cascade is a small 10-foot waterfall visible at the start of the trail. The trail leads past the waterfall and some cool cliffs to an open area at the base of Eagle Cliff Falls. It's fun to splash around in the shallow water and enjoy the waterfall. Overall, a great little hike and definitely worth a stop if...
