Beautiful little park we didn't even know existed until today. We had the pavillion right next to the catch & release pond and some of us explored a few of the trails.
However, be sure to check yourself/kids for ticks when you leave. We were there for a family picnic and 3 month photo shoot for my grandson and found an itty bitty tick on his outer thigh when we got home. He was being held during the entire picnic and laid on top of a blanket in an open grass field for the 7 minutes of photos. My brother hiked some of the trails and found one on his underarm when he got home as well. Not the parks fault, it is nature, after all, just want everyone...
