Party & Beyond — Attraction in Town of Newburgh

I stopped in about an hour before my son's birthday party hoping for a last minute miracle for some spiderman balloons. They had a huge selection of balloons. I was able to get a bunch of spiderman balloons and latex balloons to help brighten up the party decor. I even picked up a bag of balloons to make balloon animals at the party and they were a hit. The lady there was extremely helpful, after telling her the party was so soon she immediately started filling all of my balloons and got me out in 10 minutes. I have been searching high and low for Thomas the train decorations. I happened upon this store in a google search and was so grateful they had a great selection of decorations for more themes than I could imagine! Pauline was incredibly kind and helpful! It was a treat to be able to shop here! Some of the prices were even better than what I could find online and the experience of getting to see the products in person and interact with the staff there was delightful! Typically, I go in here for all of my local party needs. However, my last encounter there was not a pleasant one. I had just purchased 2 specialty balloons upon exiting the store one of the balloons popped on the door hinge. When I asked the owner to discard of the balloon because it popped on his door he did not offer to replace it or even apologize. There are no signs that caution you and he surely did not say be careful. I think his lack of compassion was poor customer service. I will not...
