great for the broke community. 4 stars cause when i visited recently, my sister had her baby in the cart and he wasn't touching anything, making a fuss or anything like children usually are, but the lady kept telling me to tell my sister to sit her baby down cause she didn't want to clean any potential mess. at first it was understandable cause he had unopened cans of soda within his reach, we took those out to carry them ourselves thinking we'd be able to keep buying in peace but she was so bothersome that we just stopped looking and went straight to pay despite not being done shopping.
I'm not a fan of kids myself but she went overboard for no reason for something that hadn't even happened and wasn't going to happen considering the kid was literally standing still...
Read moreThis is another supermarket that I like also. The cashiers are friendly and I have no problem having conversations with you why your it's acting with them. I do love their hot foods and some of their side items that they have got a cold because there are many choices or varieties of things and that's what makes a store very good. I shop here on occasions when I do have the money to do so as some of the things are kind of out of my reach because I live in a very low income area. Read moreThis is or was the go to place for shopping...very sad...Sales in tge few stores at this lack luster mall...Sears is still open...but opens at 11am...shelves are not stocked...every time I visit this mall, it looks less & less busy...now there is construction on the north end of the mall where Caldors and Bonton were...putting up a small casino...I was told all electronic games no dealers...I do not see this as a great idea for the citizens of newburgh... All I visualize is retired folks spending their retirement money there...to me ...not a good business type to bring in an already...
