The place is decently decor-ed and clean. But, I do not think the lady did a good job cutting my hair. I showed her a picture of a haircut I had gotten before with bangs- she ended up cutting my bangs too thin and it is on the OPPOSITE side of where I wanted it. Now it looks and feels awkward, especially when I wash it. Also, I called and told them I needed a cut and blow dry. When it was time to pay - the guy lied and said they only heard blow dry - meanwhile the lady had REPEATED what I had said on the phone. (I speak clearly and I speak English - so there really is no excuse). He upped the price $10. He also got rude and defensive. Not the best service. They don't listen to what you want - they can be really bitchy. And I currently have to go elsewhere to get my hair re styled and my bangs...

One year ago, I decided to try a new salon. I have haircoloring and cuts every 4 weeks by Carla. This salon is spotless and professionally operated! They use the best products! My hair color is looking better then ever with no fading ( which I always had in my former salon). My haircuts are perfect. I have a problematic “cowlick” at the back of my head and Carla has managed to style my hair so it isn’t noticeable! The shampoo sinks are unbelievably comfortable and you get the best scalp massage. I know I can leave this salon with No hair dye stains on my face and neck as the shampoo gal always takes the time to clean them off. I can say I Love...

My wife visited the salon for the first time to get a quote for her hair, when she arrived at her appointment on MOTHER’s DAY she was met with horrible customer service. They didn’t color her hair correctly and didn’t clean up the skin surrounding the hair which led to dark marks on her neck, they also completely ignored the haircut she asked for.
