I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to this establishment while searching for a dress for my future mother-in-law. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of our expectations, particularly in terms of customer service.

Upon our arrival, we were met with a lack of warmth and professionalism. Despite having called ahead to inform the team of our late arrival due to a family emergency, we were greeted not with a welcoming statement, but rather with a reminder that we had only 40 minutes to find a dress. This was conveyed to us by two associates at the front desk without any acknowledgment of our situation or even a simple greeting.

As we navigated the dress selection on our own, we associate to help us, we were repeatedly reminded of the impending appointments scheduled for later in the day, which created a sense of urgency that detracted from what should have been a joyous occasion. It was particularly disheartening to overhear another party being accommodated for over an hour while we felt rushed and pressured.

Ultimately, we were unable to find a suitable dress, and one of your associates suggested we explore other options elsewhere. While I appreciate the intent to assist, I believe it is essential for clients to feel valued and supported during such significant moments.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and remind your team of the importance of kindness and respect in customer interactions. A positive and welcoming atmosphere can make all the difference in creating memorable experiences...

I had a wonderful session with Limor today!

I originally went in to look at accessories since I had a wedding dress already. It was bought more than a year ago during a sample sale at another boutique, so I admit it was a bit rushed. I decided to try on a few dresses at Bridal Rack today for a more personalized experience.

Limor listened to my concerns and what I was looking for. She was honest about my original dress (pros and cons) and helped me pick at least 10 other dresses to try on.

Now, like many women, I've always been self-conscious about how I might look in a tight fitting dress. Limor showed me a particular dress with a "fit and flare" style. I tried it on and could not believe how good it looked. She was so reassuring and was genuinely excited about how much I loved it.

Since I was by myself, I FaceTimed my bridesmaids and Limor helped to show them how I looked from all angles. I tried on a few different veils to complete the look and decided I couldn't leave the store without that dress!

I could tell that Limor loves what she does and truly wants her brides to be happy with their selection. I didn't feel rushed at all. The styles Limor picked out reflected exactly what I was looking for.

Allie was very helpful and went above and beyond! She is a wonderful listener and really took my needs and budget into consideration. The 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars is based purely on the fact that the current inventory seems to have more of some fits/styles of dresses than others (at least for my budget). Nonetheless, I went into the shop thinking I knew what I wanted, and left buying a completely different style that I felt comfortable in. Allie was empathetic, gave me the time I needed to gather my thoughts together, and helped me feel comfortable in what can be a very stressful process. She offered to take several pictures of each dress on me, and took my feedback into consideration. After hearing that my first bridal appointment was overwhelming and I decided to take this appointment on by myself, she was able to slow the process down and really listen to what I envisioned even when I myself struggled to describe what that was. I tried on new styles, talked about my comfort zone & not once felt pressured. She gave appropriate feedback & tips for alterations, but never felt pushy or inauthentic. I said yes to a great quality dress, and I got a reasonable discount from the original price! I highly recommend & I am very happy with my experience!
