If I can give 0 stars i would!! I will never go back there. I am not the one who gives reviews but i was in the need to express how bad this place was. The lady that was supposed to resize my ring was so unprofessional. She told me to bring it the next day early in the morning when they open which was at 9:30 am so that it could be done the same day by 12, which I did so. First of all, the shop didn't open at 9:30 am. They had me waiting until 10 am, I didn't care because i thought she had gotten confused or something. I left my diamond ring with one of the guys and i told him I will pick it up at 1 since the lady had told me it would be done by 12, he said okay. at about 1230 or so, I called the shop to let them know that I was coming. The guy that I had left my ring with proceeded to tell me that my ring wasn't ready. I asked him why and his response was " I DO NOT KNOW".... I immediately demanded an explanation which they did not give me. He then passed me to the lady that was supposed to resize my ring, all she kept saying was "IT'LL BE DONE BY 4PM, YOU WANT ME TO DO IT OR NOT?" I kept asking her why it wasn't done already and all she kept saying was," IT'LL BE DONE BY 4PM, YOU WANT ME TO DO IT OR NOT?". She didn't even apologize. I said okay do it. I had work that day so I had to pick it up the next day. My diamonds didn't shine at all... the designed on my ring was damaged. The platinum had lost its shine. EVERYTHING was a mess. I was so angry as anyone would be!!!! The lady had left and now I was dealing with the daughter I told her that my ring needed to be fixed or I was demanding the money my ring was worth. She called her mother and the daughter was yelling at her. The daughter said that her mom will fix it! Which they did but it did not look the same. I was extremely UNHAPPY with the ending product. My diamonds still do not shine like it used to. Would not recommend this place at all.. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE...

My wife and I needed a vintage Disney Mickey Mouse watch repaired and the battery replaced. From our experience with other repair shops ( i.e. Macy’s Watch repair), we were expecting to have to wait like a wk and for it to be some ridiculous amount. NOT HERE! The young man that was there was incredible, to put it simply. The battery was simple but the repair was that one of the jewels on the face, had fallen off. He took the watch and within 10 minutes, had the jewel reseated and glued, and had replaced the battery. All we could do was say wow! When I asked him how much it would be, I fully expected to hear $50 or more, but to my complete surprise, it wasn’t even close, only $20! I paid him and tipped him. It’s very hard to find a good watch repair shop that won’t charge you an arm and a leg. I will DEFINITELY be a customer here again, I already have a set of watches that need batteries…. IF YOU GO HERE, DONT BE CHEAP! Tip the kid lol it’s good...

Uhh this place is amazing. Idk what the one lady was talking about. The people there always respect their customers and are absolutely professional. Best experience I've had fixing my watch and I even bought a necklace from them just cause I had such a nice experience. They have a dog named bananas who's also quite the gentleman and interactive with the customers....
