I would definitely listen to the low star reviews. Went there last night for a 7:45 dinner reservation and didn’t get our food until almost 10pm. Our server, Jeansy, was very nice but it was overall a horrible experience and I will NOT go back. Went for a girls night with 6 other people. The guacamole definitely needs lime and salt. we watched them do the guacamole table side and the avocados were not ripe. We ordered a classic margarita pitcher and they gave us the wrong flavored pitcher TWICE. When we got the pitcher, we only had 2 cups despite asking numerous times for 5 other cups. We drank out the pitcher… for other drinks we ordered, We pretty much got those drinks every 30-45 minutes it was crazy. The music is a bit loud so it was hard to hear each other. They took VERY LONG to bring out the wrong flavored pitchers as well. Had to ask numerous times for just water refills. My friend ordered a steak and they gave her an undercooked RARE steak. I had birria tacos which were good but my consume was served in a sauce container while my other friend had a big bowl of consume(photo attached). They got the sides ordered for one of the steaks wrong and gave cold yuca fries instead of mashed potatoes. My other friend doesn’t eat meat and they had pieces of steak in her SHRIMP FAJITAS. For the steaks that were ordered, they just slabbed whatever on those plates so one person had alot of rice while someone else barely got a scoop (photo for this is attached). Portions were not matching, it was an inconsistent presentation of the meals. Some of the food was cold including 1 of the steak dinners. To top it all off, we got complimentary shots and they spilled the entire tray on me. Had me smelling like a whole tequila bottle. Even after this though, you’d think the manager would stop by our table to speak to us but he was very inattentive. We got dessert but didn’t get spoons for ice cream so it was eaten with butterknife. We asked for the bill so many times and waited so long for it. Pricey for mediocre food. They have a dress code and part of it says no coat but it is cold in there bring a lil jacket or cardigan. The club part of the place is nice but dinner? Just stay home forreal…
Ambiance is beautiful! But not worth it honestly. This place is just a...
Read moreHorrible experience. Came here with a group of 7 Starting with drinks, it took us about an hour to get our first round of drinks. Also took about 40 minutes to get a pitcher of margarita, that came out the wrong flavor. We decided to drink it because well, we were gonna be probably waiting another hour for them to change it. Along with the wrong flavor pitcher, they brought us no cups to share this! We had to use our water glasses that were consistently empty throughout the night. Next they made our guacamole table-side. bland! needed both salt and lime & we had to ask a random server for some chips as we were given none with the guac. When we got our food, which was about an hour and a half after we ordered, we noticed inconsistencies. Whilst two of my friends ordered the same thing, one of them received a much smaller portion of her entree compared to the other. One had more rice, while the other was a small scoop. One of us had ordered mashed potatoes as a side, of course that came out incorrect. I ordered my steak medium and it came out RARE. Still moo-ing. One of my friends, pescatarian, ordered shrimp fajitas and received steak mixed in to it. And to top it off, some of the food was cold. This is when we decided to speak to a manager, who not only never came to our table, didnt go to any tables. As a manager of a new establishment, wouldnt you want to know how the guests experience is going? Regardless, he did provide a mediocre solution which was, to take off my steak (which i didnt eat btw) and our pitcher. Which by the way, we also asked the manager for cups for our pitcher and he also did not bring them. Unfortunately it keeps getting worse, they brought out my friend's birthday dessert with no spoons! She literally couldn't eat it as it was ice cream. They sent over complimentary shots and then spilled them on another one of my friends. While the server was nice and trying, it wasnt enough to change our minds about ever coming back here for the food. The night-life and...
Read moreThis was our first and DEFINITELY our last time here. First off, we walk in and the hostess greets us with nothing but attitude—looked at us, walked away, then sat NINE of us at a table that barely fit five. How does that make sense? We had to ask multiple people just to get moved, and one girl literally ignored us and walked off.
On top of that, we had a reservation for 6:15. The website clearly says there’s a 15-minute grace period, which means 6:30. We got there on time, yet we’re told the kitchen closes at 7. So why the hell does your site say that? It felt like we were being rushed to order food and drinks the second we sat down, and that’s just ridiculous. Don’t advertise one thing and then pressure customers like that.
Once we finally sat at a bigger table, the music was BLASTING like it was a nightclub at 6:30 on a Sunday. I couldn’t even hear myself think, let alone have a conversation. Of course, our poor waitress could barely hear us either, which explains why our order kept getting messed up. But still—when we told another runner we were missing things, she straight up ignored us. Rude as hell.
Then, the drinks? Total disaster. My friend was the FIRST to order a sangria and somehow she’s the ONLY one who never got one—because they “ran out.” Yet everyone else got theirs? Make it make sense. A regular soda took THIRTY minutes. Calamari? Didn’t come until we reminded them.
And the food… I ordered tacos and found BONES in them. Disgusting. Completely ruined my appetite.
The ONLY saving grace was our waitress, who actually tried to be helpful despite the chaos. But here’s the kicker: she has to split the tip with the same rude, lazy staff who ignored us. That’s just unfair. Why should they get rewarded for giving us attitude and doing absolutely nothing?
Food was a 10/10, but service and experience? Absolutely terrible. Not worth it, and I’ll...
