2nd Update: Raising to 4 stars. It's been about a year since my last update and there has been a significant improvement in my experience with this Rite Aid. I have not had a single prescription not ready on-time, they've not billed my prescriptions incorrectly, and there is always someone ready to assist you whether at the counter inside or at the drive-thru prescription pick-up. Thank you!
Update: Still 1 star. Prescription is NEVER READY ON TIME, and they sometimes incorrectly bill my medication! Only reason I come here is because it's the cheapest and I'm about to say screw it and go back to Walgreens. No wonder this company is filing for bankruptcy...
Original review: Always have to call to remind them I need my script filled. It's a controlled substance so it cannot be filled early, but my doc always sends it over so they have it when it's time. It's never ready the day it's supposed to be. Today I had to call twice. First person I spoke to said it wasn't ready yet and that it would be ready soon. Called back an hour and a half later. Got a male on the phone who said he didn't have my script, but then found it and said it would be another hour before it's ready...Also the registers are often un-attended, with no method of alerting the staff there is a customer waiting...

I handed it back and asked her to complete the transaction. She failed to hit the method of payment button and the transaction pad was not active. She told me there was a problem with my card. When I told her the payment pad is not on she activated and let me make my payment. This is the second time she has made this mistake when I visited and attempted to deny me service, saying there is "something wrong with my card." Read moreThey have been dragging getting my medication to me.. Knowing its overdue... My girlfriend went in today and they couldn't tell her anything.. I had to call to get somewhere...for some reason they waited until today to run it through my insurance and of course they will pay for it cause they have for years.. But now I have to wait until it arrives in 2 days because again... Theyre out of stock... It's medication I need to function.. It's for crohn's disease and ankylosing spondylitis..
