Horrible service!! This is the second time this has happened to me with this restaurant. They shouldn’t offer takeout delivery if it’s too much! For the second time I ordered food, which was 2 kids meals and 2 burritos... not a huge order. The girl of the phone told me 55 minutes. I understand because it’s the weekend. I wait an hour an a half. the girl on the phone tells me give me another 15 minutes. I told her it was unacceptable that I have to wait another 15 minutes after waiting an hour and a half for a small order. She said we’re really busy... no apologies, nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and she tells me there isn’t one tonight and doesn’t know when she’ll be in. I told her I didn’t believe that so she chuckles and tells me to hold on. The manager will be in the next day. I said I would like my food sent over now because my kids are hungry. She goes “well they have to make it”. An hour and a half and they hadn’t even made the food yet!! Tells me to wait 15 minutes, I call back 15 mins later, get another person and she apologizes but, it won’t be there for another 20 minutes because the delivery guy isn’t there! What a joke this place is. I don’t know how they stay in business! Oh and it turns out the owner was there because the second phone person let it slip but, wasn’t available because he’s making food. I cancelled my order. I’m done with this place....

Cancun is a small, lowkey Mexican restaurant located in Massapequa serving fresh and authentic Tex-Mex dishes at affordable prices. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a casual spot where you can come with family and friends on a weeknight or weekend and enjoy some quality time while enjoying a solid meal.

They have a concise menu offering all the classics including Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Burritos, and Fajitas. My family enjoys their nachos, especially because they sautee all of their veggies before topping them on the nachos. They also offer a delicious but spicy side of onions and jalapenos upon request. I would also recommend getting their Fajitas which come with the same sauteed veggies but also with some fresh guac, rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream. Their menu does not specifically say that they serve vegetarian items but they will definitely make it for you as long as you make your dietary restrictions clear.

Usually you will get seating right away but if you go at a peak lunch or dinner time, there may be some wait since the restaurant is on the smaller side. There is parking on the streets near the restaurant, so it should not be an issue.
