I am truly confused on how they have a 5 star google rating. I went here with my MacBook for a diagnostic and a repair and my 6 day repair turned into two and a half weeks. I was asked for updates and was not updated unless I called or stopped in. Please make it clear when you go there exactly what you want. I had done that and even coming in daily with phone call check ins ended up with a completely different computer that was a POS in which I was told was my finished repair. Not what I asked for. I had asked for my machine fixed. As a young college student I did not appreciate Robbie who understood I was a college student in desperate need of my computer talking down to me, calling me saying to pickup but then telling me it wasn’t ready, feeling sorry for me as he said with my luck with this repair, or when I finally picked up my computer when I told him I was 5 minutes away he decided to leave for 30 minutes and did not educate his mother on anything regarding my computer in his absence as she couldn’t answer any of my questions on what was the issue/what he did. From going here I brought my original MacBook that he had to put back together to Apple who discovered that he had damaged the inside nearly doubling the original repair cost to even get it repaired but with all this would not do anything in the end for the inconvenience when it came down to the $1000 he charged me for the repair. After bringing the Ipad into Apple and being told that nothing can be done to repair and that I would have to spend another $600 on a new Ipad, I left completely discouraged and frustrated. Looking for an alternate option, I reached out on social media asking for repair service recommendations and I received an overwhelming response with nearly everyone suggesting Sakki. Let me tell you, this was probably one of the best recommendations I have ever received. From the time I called to ask for their advice, to visiting the store in person to drop off for repair, to the time I received the device back, their service was TOP NOTCH! I had the pleasure of dealing with their son Rabie and I came to find out that this is a family owned business. Not only are their prices extremely reasonable, but in times where great customer service barely exists anymore, they completely set the bar! Read morethe care that sakki computers has for their customers is amazing. i went in with a phone that equaled a paper weight, the screen had a green line through it and it wasn’t turning on. this all happened when it fell out of my hands onto carpet. even when i plugged it into my computer, it wasn’t recognizing my phone. i went in at 10AM and Rabie listened to everything i had to say. he didn’t make promises, but he said he will work on it. i asked if it was okay that i’d be back around 6PM to hear what the verdict is and he told me to give him a call around 1PM. i called a little after 1:30PM (on the same day) and he told me i was very lucky and that it was just going to be a new screen and new battery. he was able to save my phone. i was beyond overjoyed, i didn’t back up ANY pictures/videos and it would have been emotionally hard to let them go. Rabie went above and beyond what the apple store would have done. he saved me hundreds of dollars and it was all done within the same day. when i walked in that day at 10AM, i should have known right away that they were the right place to go to because someone else was literally dropping off a box of “thank you” cookies. i really can’t thank them enough, any time i have anything else electronic broken i will 200% be using sakki...
