Reading all the excellent reviews already, I cannot add any different type of comment. Have bought at least 3 computers and the one printer I have had with these professionals. I LOVE their remote "repair" whereby they connect with my computer in my home with their business in Medina. No unattaching cords, moving my desk computer (Win 10) ( as opposed to lap top), getting everything in a vehicle, traveling through possibly snowy or rainy weather....so easy and fast. These people "know" their "stuff" and & how to solve "problems" remotely. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy... unconditionally...

I cannot imagine running my business without CH PC !

I have purchased, replaced and upgraded equipment and software over the years – PC’s, laptops, printers, receivers, remote backups – with their good recommendations for what serves me best and is most cost effective.

They’ve seen me through simple things like printing specifications to major catastrophe’s like a complete hard drive failure.

And my website !! I had a vision, ideas, fonts, a look and feel – and it’s executed to perfection !!

I feel so fortunate to have them close by and most often readily available – and they’re nice...

Horrible experience. I took my computer in no less than 6x to be " fixed" they took forever to complete the work and milked me for unnecessary parts...ended up being a bad cord a 20 $ fix after over 200 out of pocket for a new battery and multiple troubleshooting trips. Was without my computer for 5 months during the fiasco. First rule of home repair....check the connection/ cord I cant believe these idiots are still in business. Guessing it had to be deliberate abuse as no one could be this idiotic. I will never go back and I highly suggest you take your...
