Very clean. Nice manager. Quality of food and prices are unfortunately don't meet expectations. Don't seem to have enough staff. Visited a couple times for groceries. Two different experiences checking out. One cashier said she didn't know how to ring up and item and just stared at me as if I wouldn't be able to buy it. I said to find someone who does know how. The manager was extremely polite and nice. And did this simple task in 2 seconds. Cashier could have cared less. However, maybe it wasn't their best day. Second time I checked out there was no issue except for only two registers being open and the lines...

Whatever Manager was on tonight 8-25-22, was unbelievably rude!!! The worse I have ever experienced in my entire life. The store closes at 8pm. The time was 7:46 and (he) Manager shuts off all the lights in the freezer isle. I needed 1 more item and had to use my phone light to find the item. I told him I couldn’t see and he said “WE WANT TO GO HOME!”. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I’ll give my business to King Kullen from now on! I’ll make sure all my neighbors in Southold know my experience...
