Went for Easter Brunch as many of my friends recommended The Brickhouse Kitchen. First, when we got there the hostess explained that they were short staffed and asked us to please be patient. We appreciated this so we knew what to expect. The floor manager (I think as she was not a regular server) came and got our order. She brought my drink right away and explained to my husband she was going to go make his milkshake. That took about another 10 minutes, but we were ok as we figured that she may not be used to making milkshakes on a regular basis. We ordered the stuffed french toast. When it came out it looked really good and we were both excited. The cream "stuffing" was VERY sweet but the french toast was delicious. As we were eating, our waitress walked by us and asked if everything was ok, I said yes, but can I get a side of bacon not too crispy, so as to cut down on some of the sweetness. So then we waited .. and waited .. and waited. Finally another floor manager walked by and we told him to cancel the bacon and just bring us the bill. We tried to be understanding about being short staffed, but we had finished our french toast and drinks and the bacon had still not arrived. The waitress did come over and apologize, but by then we just wanted the bill. All in all, it wasn't a horrible brunch, it would've been better buffet style, but it wasn't nearly what we wanted or expected. UPDATE- Was very happy that that the casino responded to my review. But however when I contacted them as they asked me to I left a message and if not heard back. So maybe they weren't so interested in...

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant, hands down.
First of all, it took the kitchen over 30 minutes to prepare our order: a mushroom burger and a shrimp scampi pasta. It wasn’t even that busy, I counted maybe 8 other tables tops being served.
My order arrived and it was incorrect. I asked for no mayo, and a gluten free bun and was given mayo on my burger. I asked them to just toast me a new bun and I’ll use that. The server kept apologizing, and insisted they “make a new order for me”. No, I’m not going to wait another 15 minutes to make a whole burger. It’s faster if you just toast the bun.
Sure enough, it takes them ANOTHER 10 minutes just to arrive with another bun, except THIS TIME, it’s the wrong bun! It was supposed to be a GLUTEN FREE bun. At this point I am so fed up. Eventually, the manager comes out and comps my meal, and she insists on remaking my burger, and us taking it to go. It’s been almost an hour now at this point and I still haven’t eaten what I originally ordered because the communication in their kitchen staff is so bad.
To top it off? A completely different male server comes out with my burger… on a plate. It was supposed to be TO GO.
I’ve worked in food service before and get that things can get mixed up sometimes. But this was such a simple request. One mixup is understandable, but when you’re overly apologized to, being insisted on multiple times, and just not listened to when given simple instructions… well… strike 3. I’m never going...
Read moreI find it funny to see people leave a bad review on a casino because they lost money… it’s gambling ppl
And normally I’m not a person to write out a review…
However, the “main?” Floor manager in charge tonight who was iding people is the most miserable person I think I’ve ever dealt with. Me and a few friends went today, got id’d as we normally do, but unfortunately a member of our group forgot their ID. This is something that happens sometimes but usually isn’t a problem. We have all been to each of the Turning stone properties a multitude of times so we are all in the system. I guess tonight the person in charge of Iding (not the bouncers, they are usually super nice!) was not in a good mood and kicked the person who forgot their id out. (This is not normal at all). Normally, a conversation is had explaining we are in the system, which leads to us walking to the rewards desk or front cage to make sure… that did not happen tonight which left a very sour taste in all of our mouths.
So Instead our group went to the point place location, where we directly went up to the “main?” Floor manager, (who was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve spoken too at one of these locations, wish I remembered her name as she genuinely needs a raise). She led my friend up to the rewards desk where she double checked we were in the system and that was that…
Overall I would not suggest dealing with anything that comes with going to the worst casino out of the...
