Wicked Good Pizza & Plates — Restaurant in Town of Sullivan

We've ordered here maybe 3 or 4 times hoping it would get better but that hasn't happened. Not once has our order been correct, and when we brought it to their attention we were told "we're doing our best". While waiting for our order we decided to get an antipasto salad to enjoy during our wait. They never even made it at all, didn't even come with our somewhat completed order. When asked why we didn't get the salad first as requested, we were told "the chef didn't feel like making it yet". Who are they to decide when we can have the salad that we paid for?? It's quite ridiculous. It doesn't matter if they are busy or not, they can't seem to get the concept of making what we ordered, the way we ordered it, and in any kind of timely fashion. Spoke with a manager who was very unhappy that we have had an ongoing problem with this place. We definitely will NOT be returning to this so called pizza place. They need to hire folks that can handle the business and that actually care about the product...

Last week my first ever visit to your eatery I would have given you a five star plus review! Excellent food, service, speed, and accuracy all the way around. Half hour ago I should have given a 1-star instead of a 3-star rating, however the food was good even though it was cold. My issue this time, my second visit was that the pizza was ready almost a half an hour before the wings were. Here I am a disabled guy in a 5-minute parking spot waiting almost a half hour with a cold Pizza in my hand for an order of wings! 4 to 5 people in white chef looking outfits were standing around giggling and joking with each other instead of readying orders promptly. Other customers walking in and ordering we're getting their food before my wings were even finished. Ordered takeout ahead of time and wasn't told until we showed up for pickup that what we ordered wasn't something they make anymore so they hadn't made any of our order. They said they would try and make what I ordered from memory (without asking what it was I actually wanted) and I had to wait an additional 15 on top of the 30 we had called ahead on. Staff wouldn't acknowledge anyone waiting for pick up. When I opened the pizza they tried to make it wasn't anything like what I wanted but at that point I was over them.
