Brickhouse Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Sullivan

Last night, on New Year's Eve, we didn’t have any set plans beyond watching some football. We decided to head to the sportsbook inside the YBR Casino in Chittenango for a change of pace—and to grab a bite to eat.

We chose the Brickhouse Kitchen, conveniently located right next to the big screens. Given it was NYE, the menu was slightly pared down, but the items we ordered more than made up for it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.

We started with the fish tacos appetizer, which was fantastic. For our main dishes, we enjoyed the roasted veggie primavera and the fish and chips—both were delicious. And let me tell you, the Apple Cider Mule from the bar is absolutely worth the trip alone!

With three cocktails, an appetizer, and two entrees, our total bill was just $80. For the quality and quantity, I thought it was a great deal.

I hate leaving bad reviews but we made a reservation at 6:00 + we ordered an appetizer. It took almost an hour for that one appetizer to come out. It was egg rolls. Not happy then. It took another half hour for our food To come out. Empty glasses for over 20 minutes. I had a flag down a manager to get to go boxes after waiting 15 minutes and asked for the check. Then she messed up on the check three times. This was not a pleasant experience for my birthday. It was nice to see the manager stepping in and helping out. They are great. But unfortunately the tip reflected on my waitress. I will never eat there again. Which is sad cuz My family loved their food. Not quite sure what was going on but it appeared to be a lot of...

I went here Friday night and LOVED it. It's a MASSIVE restaurant an the sports book is right there so they have these HUGE screen making it perfect to watch any game. The service was wonderful...such friendly staff. And the food...I've had lots of wings around NY and their Garlic Parm Fire wing sauce is maybe my favorite in CNY. Ask for the wings crispy and with extra sauce. But the salmon was delicious and the fish tacos were solid too. The house-made reuben egg rolls...
