I've ordered from Arjuna florist every time I've wanted to send flowers to family or close friends of family in the area.

Things I love about this shop:

1. Great, unique arrangements. Their site features both Teleflora and unique arrangements.
2. Fast delivery. I've seen them deliver next day, even near large holidays like Mother's day.
3. Fresh flowers. Everyone I've sent flowers to has commented on how fresh the flowers are and how long they last.
4. Good service. I've also gone into the store on Main Street and just picked out an arrangement, and they've been very helpful there. They've offered to put in new flowers free of charge, guaranteeing that their arrangements are really fresh.

I ordered my wedding flowers through Arjuna. Although the flowers themselves were beautiful and fresh and the owner did a wonderful job helping me pick out combinations, the customer service by phone or email was very frustrating. For each matter I had to follow up at least once because my initial call or email went ignored. Then we were told one thing only to have the next person tell us differently after we called to see why things were not done. However, after speaking with the owner, she apologized with a lovely bouquet and a nice note, and did her best to make everything right with future interactions.
