We tried Spicy Trails for the first time and absolutely loved it! I ordered the butter chicken and samosas and both were amazing. The portions were huge, definitely meals meant to share since mine could have easily fed three people. My boyfriend tried the goat curry to branch out, but it wasn’t really his thing. As someone of Nepali heritage who frequently enjoys Indian and Nepali cuisine, I found this particular establishment's offerings to be unsatisfactory. We started with two vegetarian appetizers: veg samosas and aloo tikki. Both were very tasty and we enjoyed the chutney served with it.
I chose the chicken tikka masala with some spice. Our server suggested the daily special similar to that dish with spinach added to the curry, which my friend ordered. We loved both dishes. We also ordered garlic naan. Great way to sample each other's dishes.
