Sadly, we arrived to an unposted, closed carousel the day that we did the Binghamton Carousel Trail. We did call and discover that it was opening later in the day but sadly we were already out of Binghamton by that time. Disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful carousel. We were out to dinner at Joeys and just walked across the street too look at the carousel. Then we were told the ride is free. What fun we had. I donated after the wonderful ride.

New workout area at the park is located down by the pool. Remember to do warm up stretches and warm down stretches. Stay mindful of your posture and core alignment.

It's a cute park for kids. The newer play area (upper part) is colorful and very nice. The older play area needs some work. There were a few holes on the structure and mulch and garbage were stuffed in the holes. On the higher part, there was only one functional restroom and the water from the faucet smelled weird. The parking lot right next to the carousel is a little tight. The carousel was very nicely maintained and run. The exit of the carousel was right next to a pavilion. If the pavilion gets crowded, getting out from the carousel would take longer. I see lots of great potentials in this park. I hope thee are people taking lots of care...

So much fun to take my children to the carousel! My 6 year old son fell while getting off the carousel and scraped his wrist, the carousel attendant immediately brought over a medical bag with band aids, alcohol swabs and Neosporin. She gave me everything I needed to take care of my son and to revive the happiness he was experiencing from the carousel ride before he got hurt. The staff made the situation neutralized so we could continue...
