Jarets Stuffed Cupcakes — Restaurant in Town of Union

Stopped in for the first time today. Guy who assisted me was not very friendly and I pointed that out to him. He said he was tired. I told him it was my first time in there and he could have cared less. Did not seem enthused at all. Did not even give an effort to assist in deciding on some cupcakes. If they have such a large selection as other reviewers have stated then he should kindly assist a new customer. But in reality the selection was not over the top. They have just a small display case of cupcakes. It was noon! Cupcakes were ok but not for 4 cupcakes and a coffee for $13 dollars??? No I will not be back. It is businesses like these that go out of business and then they wonder why. The guy said they have been there three years and he has been there three years. No I will not return. I am all about giving small businesses the patronage but they have to earn it! Many small businesses feel they should just get the business and customers should be willing to pay a little bit more for that homemade personal touch and that they are not a chain store. I feel this is a prime example. What am I paying extra for? Personal attention? Did not get it. Homemade cupcakes? So last minute i decided to get cupcakes for a friends birthday for a group that was getting together. I googled cupcakes in Endicott and found Jaret's. I went over on my lunch around 1 pm to see what they had I knew I wanted mini cupcakes and thought maybe they would have some premade. When I got there they had beautiful cupcakes in a display case but they were all full sized. The gentleman at the counter said they only do mini cupcakes on order. I thanked him and said I understood I would just go to the market and that I knew it was a long shot. As I was getting ready to walk back out a woman came from the back and asked what time do you need them, I said 4 pm (sure it would not be enough time) and she said I can have some for you by then. I was so shocked! I ordered 18 assorted mini cupcakes to be picked up at 4 pm (3 hours time) When I went back they were all ready and were decorated beautifully. I took them to the get-together and everyone loved them and raved about the flavor and how nicely they were decorated. They look great, they taste great, and they are stuffed. I'm stuffin these stuffed cupcakes into my cupcake hole as I write this stuff. Close the box, hands up and step back... It's voodoo in there. They stuffing these with voodoo. I had a cupcake stuffed with a chocolate chip cookie AND some kind of chocolate chip cookie ganache. Lord Jesus.

Holy hell I woke up on the floor and they were all gone. Either I got robbed cause someone knew what I had or I ate these things in some sort of euphoric blackout.

The flavors of these cupcakes are as finely crafted as they look. While they won't go way beyond their comfort zone... Such as airbrushing rainbow colors onto these things... They do have a great variety of super indulgent flavors.

The owner was as sweet as her confections and quite accommodating to our requests. We changed our pickup time the day prior, no problem.

Prices are a little stuffed, Not cheap. But these guys came...
