I wish I could give this company 0 stars. My recommendation - do not buy from this company. It's a bogus company, a facade for internet crooks. After my bad experience I searched the Internet for reviews on this company and found hundreds bad ones and very few good ones (the latter probably written by these scammers). In fact if you look at their address in Google Maps you will not even find that company's name on the tenant list for that very small building - SCAMMERS
A bit more details about my experience
I ordered CL3005P12 Long Reach Duster Set on 06/23/2018. According to the site it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days - ok, fine, I was not in hurry. What kind of surprised me was their shipment charge - $7 but since I could not find a similar item on Amazon I decided that I am going to pay.
3 weeks later I realized that I didn't even get a shipping email from this site. Hmm, ok, things happen, no big deal. I went to the site, sent a request to their customer support. Next day I got a standard email with apologies: "This item is temporarily out of stock...but your order will ship as soon as possible". 3 days later I got an email with this: "Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to ship your order....Out Of Stock Inventory Expected: 7/9/2018 - 7/12/2018".
It was not delivered in that time frame. So on 7/14 I contacted them again. In 2 (1) days I got this: "Your order is in the process of shipping now." Almost there! Well, 5 more days passed by - nothing. I contacted these guys again and I wrote that I am tired spending my time on tracking a broom for 20+ bucks. And there was no response. I wrote another email saying that I am expecting full refund or I will cancel this transaction with my credit company. Again - no response. Well, after waiting 1 more week I cancelled that charge with my credit card company. Then I found a similar item on Amazon for 25 bucks, ordered it and got it in 3 days....
Read moreSimply Horrible Company. I made an order in December, after the order confirmation, I never received any communication on the status of the order. I contacted them multiple times over a couple of months. They continued to tell me my order would be shipping soon. After waiting about three months, I finally stated to them in my email that it is bad business practice to keep your customers in the dark about why they have not received the order. They finally told me that they were unable to get stock of some of the items so they were on back order. Given the COVID situation I understood that, but was still frustrated about the lack of communication. After receiving my order I had to return some items, one of which was not working properly, and now it’s been yet another 3 months since I sent them back, with ZERO communication from the company. Not even an email to acknowledge they received it! Good thing I had tracking on the package. I have tried to email them multiple times about the return. My email won’t even go through to them. I just keep getting messages from my email server saying their mailbox was full. I honestly can say I’ve never had that happen before. Read moreI found these very unique pillows on this website and ordered them for my daughter for Christmas. After she opened them, she expressed they were not what she wanted. I called the company about their return policy and (after answering the phone right away) they explained what I had to do. I returned it in the same box that I received it in. (I paid return shipping-original shipping was free to send to me).
After I sent the box out I waited 2 weeks with no word from them before calling them. IT TOOK another WEEK before someone answered the phone with my persistently calling, multiple times a day, multiple days a week, during business hours. They acknowledge receipt of the return and said they would process it by the end of the week. I waited 2 more weeks with no refund before trying to call again.
I started the call process again to no avail. I emailed the company with no response. I finally noticed a refund on my credit card-but not for the total amount of purchase. I emailed the company about why I didn’t get the full refund and still have not received a response. Also, if you think it’s the cost of the original shipping they didn’t charge me in the first place- they kept more money than it cost me to send it back.
