Julianna was an angel from the moment my friend and I randomly wandered in there after going to 5 other dress shops. We were greeted and looked around and when I didn’t initially see what I wanted she said she had something in the back. She comes out with the closest to what my brain has wanted. Even more so, I tried it on and it fit perfectly. Had to be a sign! So she assured me she could alter it and add to the dress whatever I wanted, and she did. I probably had 4 total sessions with her and was so very pleased with the outcome. I felt like she became one of our friends with how much we got to all know about each other! Not only that, she surprised me with a garter that had vintage Albanian lace, a green ribbon from my shoe, and a tiny blue flower - all because I was explaining I didn’t have something old, blue, or new. I need more Stars to rate this Business! Exceptional customer service. I googled and stumbled upon this Gem. The place I normally go to for alterations, was closed until 8/14. I went here 7/29 expecting to hand over my 3 pairs of pants and be given a date in Aug as to when I can pick them up. That’s what I’ve been subjected to for 2yrs at the other place down the street. Juliana graciously took my pants and hemmed all 3 right there on the spot, while I waited and chatted with her wonderful Husband David-as if I’d known him for years! (Never had this done at the other place)

Oh almost forgot, she hemmed my pants perfectly- exactly how I wanted them. Not to mention, the other place hemmed the same pants but not to my liking, so I’ve paid twice for these pants to be hemmed! Juliana and David made it worth it, glad the other place was closed! They offer outdated dresses, the female pressured me into getting unnecessary expensive dress adjustments when I already said I did not want them and instead of listening they insisted on it. The results were not good they shouldnt even offer it they take too much on their plate and offer bad quality service to people who pay so much money for a good experience. even insisted on a tip when these type of jobs don’t typically involve tips. Requesting a tip on a dress nearly $1k is absurd being the dress itself was not a good quality one bra pads loose and all. They cut off the tags of the dress the brand the size they gave me the worst experience of my life. I will post a picture of proof they cut off my tag for no valid good reason. Money hungry people.
