Bleachers only for home team? Hmm..thats my only complaint. If they can't be in the middle for all to share, then they need to install bleachers on both sides. You can clearly see bleachers on one side of this diamond. Also.. invest in a popcorn maker. For the love of ballpark food.. invest in a popcorn maker.

Went to an art festival there. Very cute patk with lots of shade and some ball fields. Restrooms were clean for a park restroom. You can tell it is a well loved park.

Nice place to take kids, although the city should do something about drainage around the perimeter, the mixing of mud makes it very slippery.

Have been going here for over a decade, great family park. Nice place for anything "parksy" really, there's a shelter for a picnic, or could picnic under a tree or in the grass! Plenty of room to throw a ball around or play tag, a couple cogent play grounds. A catch & release pond with a spray fountain in the center, with frequent ducks, a splash pad for the kids (well for anyone really, cuz Lord knows when it's HOT out & I'm up there I'm getting my feet wet and coolin off too, lol) there are restrooms, a tennis court, volley ball area with sand, a couple baseball diamonds, it's just a great family friendly park, dog friendly too (provided their on a leash and you pick up after them) :) It's clean, & there are various trashcan throughout, so if we want to KEEP it clean & we see litter, let's pick it up & put it in the can to keep it clean for the people...

Baseball diamonds, tennis courts, batminton nets, shaded picnic areas, splash pad, soccer size field to fly kites, tiny bluegill fishing pond with a few catfish in it, plenty of friendly geese who like thawed peas and carrots, but lose the peas in the grass, plenty of goose "exhaust" in a few areas. Entire area well maintained, and in a safe area, male restroom was exceptionally clean, as were the many plentiful trashcans. A few barbecue grills, a half dozen clean picnic tables a shaded play area with monkey bars, seesaw, slide, swings. Could stand to have parking closer to some areas, but not a biggie. Frozen custard stand across the street that would remind one of a mellow 50's era...

My first time here was for a festival. The first thing that I noticed was the decent size pond that a few people were fishing at. It has a very nice center that sprays water in many directions. It is a good way to keep the water moving. The water was very clear but it gets distorted by the waves. The park itself is very nice and clean. The bathrooms are well maintained. I will have to go back and see it without all of the booths up for the festival to get a better feel...
