Read moreI usually don't leave nasty reviews on anything, but after spending 52 dollars here for 2 people, I have to be honest about my experience
We walk in at 6pm, prime dinner hours, place is EMPTY, we get taken to our table and order the takoyaki as an appetizer and two tonkatsu ramen with bean sprouts, pretty normal order
Takoyaki comes out, we have no plates so we're just eating off of the decorative appetizer dish. I bite into it, and I can only describe it as the most vile thing I've ever bitten into in my life. Takoyaki is normally a fried dough with a piece of octopus, or some minced octopus sprinkled throughout, what I bit into was a ball of undercooked seafood paste, pure paste, outside caved in to nothing but pure fishy mush, I drank my entire water trying to get the taste out of my mouth, for how much they dressed up the takoyaki in decoration and sauce, and for the 8 dollars I spent on it, the last thing I expected was for the appetizer I ordered to not even BE takoyaki, just some weird imitation they made up.
Despite the 3 waiters in there sitting about 10 feet from us, in clear line of sight, not one of them refilled any drinks for our entire 45 minute stay, my water stayed empty
My partner remarks that he heard a microwave beep, then right after the noise, our ramen comes out. The ramen was lukewarm, the broth lacked pretty much any depth of flavor, and the pork was very clearly just boiled in the broth, making it tough and flavorless. Despite it all though, ramen was a hell of a lot better than the takoyaki. Bamboo shoots and all the other veggies had a nice texture and definitely added to the dish
That's all we ordered, with tip it came out to 52 dollars, 52 dollars that probably would've gone infinitely further at...
Read moreWhen we first walked outside of the restaurant it wasn’t bad looking at all and when you walked in the place looked even better. we waited when we entered in the restaurant and was greeted by a extremely nice waitress. She prompted us to our table and took our order almost immediately. The first time I came here I got the spicy miso ramen but this time I wanted to see what else they had offer, so I got the strawberry milk tea and went with the Tonkotsu ramen. My brother got the taro milk tea and went with seafood and so did my mother but she got sprite with her food, for the appetizers we all went with crab Rangoon. I stuttered a bit when it came to the crab Rangoon cause I wasn’t so fond of it as a kid but this restaurant made me regret and eat my words so fast, I took a bite into that crab Rangoon and fell in love with the flavors. I dipped it into the sauce that came with it and it made it 5 times better, soon we all had gotten past the crab Rangoon and out came our food and must I say the food was the best part of the experience. I took a sip of the broth and the taste was incredible, not to salty and not to dull it was just perfect and that first bite just made me forget about all the bad things in life and just had me vibing. I can for sure say and I also speak for my family when I say this we enjoyed ourself when it came to this fabulous restaurant and genuinely love coming here no...
