We just had the worst service I have literally ever experienced, I am absolutely appalled at how they treated me. We ordered for delivery and told them we lived about 15 minutes away in latham and they still took our order. I called 45 min after we placed our order to ask what time we could expect them and they said they left 5 minutes prior. I called again 20 minutes later without food (1 hour and 10 min after the original order) and asked where they were. They then said they were on their way and I was confused and was kindly asking how they were on their way if they had already left 25 minutes ago and asked for a discount. Then a woman came on the phone and told me she would take 5 dollars off and "never call again". I could not believe my ears. She told me we live far away and to never call back. I said if we lived too far they should have told us they couldn't take our order. She then asked if we still wanted our food or not in a threatening manner. I was just so appalled, I told her to never threaten a customer and she was incredibly rude to me. Read moreSince I was 4 this is the only Chinese place that my family and I have ordered from. That is 19 years of loyalty... this used to be the best place to go. However the last three times I ordered have been disasters - my order is constantly wrong and their food quality has gone downhill.
I wish I could give this review negative stars.
Tonight I ordered veggie dumplings, sesame chicken, and white rice. An hour and 15 min later they finally showed up with pork dumplings, and chicken... no rice. I called to ask them to send me a new order and they said they would give me a call back once the delivery girl came back with my order slip. An hour later, still no call. So I printed out my order from Grub Hub and drove to them. I got there and they were unapologetic and since I didn't bring the food with me as proof they wouldn't give me a refund. Now, almost 4 hours after I placed my order I am finally home sitting down to eat my cold chicken and guess what, the chicken is rubbery and soggy. Biggest waste of $15.
I will never go back. Its one thing to mess up an order, that I can forgive... but the service that I received from Mr. Lee Lin was HORRIBLE. Looks like I need a new Chinese...
Read moreI place a ordered which the restaurant made it wrong and when I called the first time the manager agree to fix and agree to send it over as soon as possible after me waiting 30 minutes I called back and apparently the new manager refuse to fix my order after explaining my conversation with the prior manager the second manager say he will call me back in 3 minutes which again I waited 30 more minutes. On my 3rd called to the restaurant a woman answer she say she was the manager she was extremely rude would not let me talk and say I don't know what I wanted her to do she keep saying that the people I spoke prior was a answering company. The woman starting saying that the restaurant didn't have a delivery person to bring me the other and if I really wanted my order to come to the restaurant. She was extremely rude has no customer services experience and I have been a loyal customer for over a 10 years.
