Well you have fallen to a 3. Lately things are WRONG, missing etc from the order. Delivery is still Super fast but ya know maybe slow down a bit take that extra time you say your going to, to get the order right. Like the Rice that comes with the big meals that aren't combo platters. Make sure to READ the online orders correctly. Coconut Shrimp combo with House special fried rice shouldn't end up being: Coconut chicken (which was gross BTW) with House special Lo Mien when i am spending $15 a dish. I will be expecting a full refund for this dinner not just the $5 you offered for the white rice being missing and the Fried rice versus Lo Mien.. It wasn't until i Bite into the meat in my meal that i realized this wasn't shrimp. Very disappointed. I should have known this wasn't shrimp when i looked at it.

They packed my order wrong , the manager nikka was very unprofessional just like the owners 30 dollars for a hour and 15 mins late for my food to be spilt and half inedible. I contacted them as soon as my food was delivered bc I can see the food leaking in the bag leaked on my floor and my couch didn’t give me a refund or let me talk to the owner .the manger states the owner packed my bag and that there’s nothing wrong with it and my food should be perfectly fine🤣

We just had the worst service I have literally ever experienced, I am absolutely appalled at how they treated me. We ordered for delivery and told them we lived about 15 minutes away in latham and they still took our order. I called 45 min after we placed our order to ask what time we could expect them and they said they left 5 minutes prior. I called again 20 minutes later without food (1 hour and 10 min after the original order) and asked where they were. They then said they were on their way and I was confused and was kindly asking how they were on their way if they had already left 25 minutes ago and asked for a discount. Then a woman came on the phone and told me she would take 5 dollars off and "never call again". I could not believe my ears. She told me we live far away and to never call back. I said if we lived too far they should have told us they couldn't take our order. She then asked if we still wanted our food or not in a threatening manner. I was just so appalled, I told her to never threaten a customer and she was incredibly rude to me. We loved their food from when we had it at a friends house in Troy but I will never order from then again. I cannot believe how rude they were to a customer simply wondering where...

Since I was 4 this is the only Chinese place that my family and I have ordered from. That is 19 years of loyalty... this used to be the best place to go. However the last three times I ordered have been disasters - my order is constantly wrong and their food quality has gone downhill.

I wish I could give this review negative stars.

Tonight I ordered veggie dumplings, sesame chicken, and white rice. An hour and 15 min later they finally showed up with pork dumplings, and chicken... no rice. I called to ask them to send me a new order and they said they would give me a call back once the delivery girl came back with my order slip. An hour later, still no call. So I printed out my order from Grub Hub and drove to them. I got there and they were unapologetic and since I didn't bring the food with me as proof they wouldn't give me a refund. Now, almost 4 hours after I placed my order I am finally home sitting down to eat my cold chicken and guess what, the chicken is rubbery and soggy. Biggest waste of $15.

I will never go back. Its one thing to mess up an order, that I can forgive... but the service that I received from Mr. Lee Lin was HORRIBLE. Looks like I need a new Chinese...

I place a ordered which the restaurant made it wrong and when I called the first time the manager agree to fix and agree to send it over as soon as possible after me waiting 30 minutes I called back and apparently the new manager refuse to fix my order after explaining my conversation with the prior manager the second manager say he will call me back in 3 minutes which again I waited 30 more minutes. On my 3rd called to the restaurant a woman answer she say she was the manager she was extremely rude would not let me talk and say I don't know what I wanted her to do she keep saying that the people I spoke prior was a answering company. The woman starting saying that the restaurant didn't have a delivery person to bring me the other and if I really wanted my order to come to the restaurant. She was extremely rude has no customer services experience and I have been a loyal customer for over a 10 years. I will like for this matter to be resolve as soon as possible and for the restaurant to provide me with 100% satisfaction after dealing with such unpleasant and unprofessional employer in...
