Was referred to by a friend. So unsure what the experience is like to attend. I scheduled one meeting with an academic advisor, during Covid in 2019… somehow, though I never signed up for courses or been back since ( not to say during the meeting, I didn’t gather helpful information. I just went another route.) I owe $7,700. I called the credit agency that has my case, they directed me to the school. The representatives I spoke with at Walsh college stated, “this happened sometimes, we’ve had other students in this situation, you’re just going to have to pay.” I called the credit agency back to settle because I wasn’t getting nowhere, and was beginning to get frustrated. Congress Collections informed me there were no other options than to pay full balance. I use my Military GI to attend college, so the fact I’ve never attempted to attend Walsh, there is no documentation with the VA.This case is still unsolved and I refused to pay for something I never attended.

I had a terrible experience with my graduate level courses at Walsh. The professor was so disconnected from the subject matter, was unable to hold meaningful conversation around the material. It felt to me she wasn’t even an expert in the field and had zero business “teaching” business professionals paying top dollar for career advancing knowledge and experience. The wrong text book was assigned, which in turn the entire class then purchased. Mistakes happen, sure. But when it was brought to the professor’s attention, it then took several follow up emails to adjust the syllabus for lost time. Was I running this course, or was she?

Just because courses are hosted online doesn’t mean a quality education isn’t owed to these paying students (customers) who are promised “small class settings and personal attention from faculty, regardless of how you attend.”

When my project team raised questions around an assignment to gain better understanding, we were met with “I have nothing else to offer.” A lack of connection, a lack of guidance, a lack of communication and engagement. Did this professor even know the material? It didn’t seem that way. It seemed someone handed her a curriculum and she merely clicked buttons on an online dashboard, off the hook to impart any real value to the courses. And she couldn’t even do that convincingly, given all the administrative mistakes with the syllabus, assignment scheduling and textbook selection.

I was also hugely disappointed by the advising team, after outreach was made to discuss these serious concerns and questions of value and how the remainder of the semester would go.

I eventually had to make the decision to drop these courses as it was such a catastrophe and absolutely failed to meet the expectations so carefully outlined on all Walsh’s marketing materials. Biggest letdown ever. And Walsh failed to take any accountability for this epic scam of a program.

Do yourself a favor, if you’re seeking real education, career advancement, value for money, or integrity….go elsewhere. At the very minimum, don’t sign up for the Program Management Masters Cert Program.

Shame on Walsh. Such a disappointing...

Incredible faculty and staff. I have never had a teacher or Professor take as much interest in students as Dr. Force at Walsh. The academic and career advising staff are incredible as well; always available for questions and on the fly meetings for me. Courses are coordinated in a manor where previously learned concepts are applied to different courses; a great sense of cohesion from one class to the next. I am loving my post grad...
